The staff I spoke with Brett was very polite and helpful. He followed up to see how things were going. Being someone who wants to know how to trade, I think I have a manager who understands.

Upon registering with Oanda as my broker, I faced a few unfamiliarities. Luke Newitt however, took the time to keep me well informed and walk me through the system allowing me to familiarise myself and kickstart my trading experience.
He was very patient and informative and was of great assistance.

Bradley explained how OANDA and trading view works. I am new to trading and I am looking forward to using my new acquired skills to do my trading with my new understanding. The support and help has been excellent. Thank you Bradley

As a beginner to trading, I had lots of questions that made me reluctant to start my trading experience. I asked my broker for advice and he was quick to answer my call and advised me on all my inquiries.

I love it, Brett especially is super helpful and guides you profoundly. The spreads are manageable.

Great support from Luke through the process of setting up a new account. Some issues getting linked to trading view but Luke managed to fix those issues with minimal inconvenience to myself. Thanks.

I really enjoyed my experience with Luke after signing up with Oanda late last week. He was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions. It goes to show that having a good account manager with you can help elevate your personal experiences when using trading platforms.

In general, I found Oanda to be accurate when examining their charts so it's been a great experience using their platform. It was also a huge bonus that Oanda would reimburse you for a yearly Trading View Essential subscription. Please keep up the good work!

Oanda offers 1 year of TradingView essential for free with your account, which is quite a nice touch for any trader whether you're starting or are experienced.

I hope their spreads were a bit tighter, but otherwise it's a nice offer!

Luke was a massive help, he is also very keen to help when I have issue and so on… Oanda in general is really good and easy to use with 24/7 customer support.

As a novice I found my application for a demo account easy to process and the welcome call from Brett extremely helpful.
Its refreshing not to have the hard sell from a call centre in Cyprus!!

Great so far. Easy to set up the account which was done within 24 hours. Georgi was on the phone to help pretty quick too. I have added funds three times seamlessly but yet to withdraw. I don't think that will be an issue though. Generally I find if people have problems they are of their own making. The Android tablet app is surprisingly good and I will use that over MT4 - there is no MT5 app support. I have also used it on my phone and that is good too albeit not a patch on the tablet one. Good integration with TradingView. Note: not sure for how long but Oanda will reimburse you for a year's subscription to the Essentials package of TV. Pay for it up front (about £150), send them the invoice and they will add that amount to you account. That's a really good deal.

Update 22:14 2nd May.
Just had an AUDNZD trade wiped out by a 25 pip spread!! I accept, but really don't know why I should, that you are going to be up against the spread if you are in trade at 22:00 but 25 pips!!!! That is just taking the mickey. I am shutting my account in the morning and going elsewhere. They can have the money back for the TV account - not a problem.
