From late delivery to no delivery, avoid!…

Ordered a magic style brush before Christmas on Dec 17th, from OBH Finland. In their site they promise delivery within 3-5 days. Nothing received before xmas, no information around the shipment, nothing. On 27th of Dec, I write to OBH Fi, receive an answer that they are out of stock of this product! No information around it,
Nothing again. Now, I have to start monitoring for a return on payment, since the company clearly cannot be trusted!
