Not satisfied, poor customer service only email!
No one to talk to. Only email for customer service. I requested to make payments and was told I could and then they took a full years premium and put it on my charge card.

Stellar service, fully insured
Obie did an excellent job of helping me determine exactly how much coverage I needed. Other insurers have promised me certain coverage and then under delivered when I really needed it most. Although Obie wasn’t the absolute cheapest option, I knew exactly what I was getting to protect my portfolio and the customer service has been stellar. Will definitely be telling my circle about them.

My insuance was cancled
My insuance was cancled. Too no fault of my own. Thankfully, your company was the only one that would insure me. I had to come up with over 1700 bucks. I was not able to make payments. I also had to pay 50 dollars more for what im not sure. It would have been nice to make payments. I was in a bad spot. Yes i needed insurance fast. I feel as if i was taken advantage of. Because of my need for insurance now. I had no choice but to pay over 1700 dollars and 50 dollars on top of that.I just wished i could of made payments. I was not planning to make a large payment for insurance. I was in a bad spot, your company would not even work with me. Now im paying intrest on my credit card.
