Easy to use platform, great customer service
I am so pleased to be able to write a good review for a well deserving company. I had a slight glitch with my application-it was my fault. But once I realized my mistake and urgently needed assistance fixing the problem, they could not have been more helpful and patient with me. It means a lot. Thank you for your time and professionalism.
Not happy at all
Not happy at all, filed claim in Sept, said claim was covered, after 3 months, they said claim denied but it was a different claim then they found mine after me telling them that then they denied my claim after 3 months. They first said it was covered. I would never recommend anyone to Obie or digital. All I got was texts saying we will get back with you. 95% of time they didn't. Third party sent Cancellation date of policy but could not determine about my claim. They just want ur money. One place on policy say covered and they say another place read not. Not a good company in my eye site.
HORRIBLE COMPANY
HORRIBLE COMPANY! You will pay just to fill their pockets. They won’t cover ANYTHING when you submit a claim. I was in tears after providing everything they asked for and they denied me for “hard living”. You call $22k of damages hard living from the tenants???!! Unbelievable. I’m reporting you to the BBB.
Obie has no customer service
Obie was very easy to obtain insurance, however when it comes to customer service, non exists. No one answers the phone during business hours of 9am-midnight and the support email gets no replies or emails back. I’m not sure how the google reviews are legitimate.
excellent Service.
Great value
Great value, easy application and can be done in minutes. I have 2 rental properties with Obie and will most likely switch the other 2 when policies are up for renewal

The Kind Of Service That Counts
The service, start to finish! From our first contact to the finished transaction, we knew we were in good hands. Details always arise, and when they did they weren’t just handled, they were resolved with speed and diligence. Service doesn’t get better than that.

gave us quotes but the prices went up for California by the time we activated policies.
Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with, responsive to requests and a very adequate insurance coverage.
In today’s crazy home insurance market the annual premium was very reasonable.
Stephanie gave me the best assistance …
THE LADY THAT REACH OUT TO ME (STEPHANIE) WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE PATIENT AND HELPFUL
Great experience
my agent Yvonne made the experience easy. She explained everything very well, and was friendly. She was helpful in explaining my options. I'd definitely recommend Obie and Matic.

I do have one question for the liability coverage, the default is $1000,000 /$2000,000, why it is so high? Can I reduce it to $300,000?
