Excellent customer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran smoothly despite having travel requirements that weren’t straight forward. We didn’t need it but help was only a phone call away. Someone rang us the morning after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and we were happy with the accommodation. The villa was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The children especially enjoyed the pool. Thank you Ocean Florida for a stress free fantastic week.

We had our holiday to Florida booked for 2 years, and we’re due to leave in 9 weeks. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to travel. Ocean Florida changed the date for us, even though we were so close to departure and we just have to pay the difference. Therefore, we have not lost the money we spent on the original booking. This was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Sinem Khadem could not have been any more helpful and swift in response. It is greatly appreciated, would definitely use ocean Florida again.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. We made several different changes to our plans prior to booking which meant multiple quotes and nothing was too much trouble. All information was available from the website in good time and it is great having everything in one place. Again it was no problem when we wanted to book an after hours event at magic kingdom and the tickets were obtained on the release date to ensure we did not miss out. This has been the second time using Ocean Florida and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic week in Florida, staying at a Disneyland resort. Everything was taken care of by Ocean Florida, with great customer service. Every question I had was easily answered with a quick email. Will definitely recommend them to others.

From the initial phone call to emails to booking everything went smoothly couldn’t be better Lawrence Lee was brilliant in answering any questions we had giving us numerous quotes we asked for for different hotels to work out the best package for our universal/disneyworld holiday. Price couldn’t be beaten and even a few perks chucked in too :) thanks again

This will be our 2nd trip to Orlando Florida with Ocean Florida and I can honestly say they have been absolutely fantastic with my family and I. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we have the best holiday at the best prices. Lili Leitch has done her utmost best to move things around give us the holiday of our dreams .. she has been there to answer any questions we might have had and to organise every single detail. I would 100% recommend Ocean Florida to create the holiday you've always dreamed of ☆☆☆☆☆

Originally got a quote, followed up by a call. Most informative. Found Anthony to be very engaging. We werent overwhelmed with phone calls or emails. Anthony gave us several options for our holiday to Orlando. I found the process very easy. I would definitely recommend if you don’t want to try and arrange the full holiday yourself.

Great pre sales. No contact after sales. I’ve messaged them 4 times and no reply!

First time using this company and I have to say how AMAZING this team have been. I've had to amend and change my booking and its never been an issue, everything has always been explained and has been so smooth and the customer service has been the best!!!! Darren was very helpful. I didn’t know what I wanted but Darren gave me the r best options available. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Amazing service and will definitely use this company to book holidays again.

I have booked three times now, the same holiday consultant calls me back when I call or email. Never pushy, always patient and polite and remembers small details like the fact that I need a fridge in accommodation due to my children’s special needs.
Always hear straight back when you raise a query or concern even when on holiday.

I dealt with a lovely advisor today called Lili. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She’s a real asset to the company and a joy to deal with.

Darren was very person centred as he assited me to plan my family holiday, provided excellent knowledge and options for me and my family.
