She was extremely reactive and regularly updated me every step of the way. I'd be happy to recommend Ocean to buy your next property.

We were kept well informed during the process of selling the house. At the beginning we were encouraged to aim high with the price, rather than low, as we were by a rival estate agent. The house sold on the first day and we received an offer higher than the asking price. Thank you Debbie and Matt.

I originally had my flat on the market with a trendy competitor with disappointing results. Ocean had been recommended, and I made the switch. Boy, am I happy I did! From the off Kiera Burrows was professional, friendly and reassuring. Everything was efficiently handled, the listing looked fab and I felt listened to. Bring on a bidding war and my little flat was sold. Thanks Kiera. Then we meet Debbie West, the sales progression agent, again, lovely to communicate with and really helped move things along. For anyone considering them, I'd highly recommend using Ocean, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently sold my flat through Ocean and was really impressed with the way the sale was managed. Debbie, the move manager, was invaluable in pushing things along and coordinating with all parties to ensure everything went through as smoothly as possible. Towards the end of the sale I was having a few issues with my buyer raising new queries and Debbie was able to resolve the issues and push the completion date. I’m really pleased with the service I received throughout the whole process and would recommend Ocean to others.

I went in to the Bishopston Office at 11am, and by 12pm Jack had organised a viewing for me and had the property agreement with me by 3pm the same day. He was very helpful, efficient and quick in supporting me get a new property in my budget that met my requirements. We sold our flat through Ocean, after having bought it through Ocean 14 years previously, and were impressed by the whole service and everyone we worked with. Matt provided excellent guidance at the beginning, suggesting that our flat was worth more than other estate agent's valuations and then achieving an offer in excess of that valuation. That was very impressive! Melissa was fantastic during the viewings, giving us really useful feedback at lightning speed and securing multiple offers for the flat. It was great to have Debbie on our side as Move Manager during the process after we had accepted an offer. She was knowledgable and calm, gave great advice, managed some tricky parts with professionalism and made sure we completed on time when it didn't seem possible.

The Estate Agent that showed me the flat was very accommodating and helpful in our viewings and negotiations. What made this experience easy was after the acceptance of my offer, I had a Move Manager- Debbie West- that kept me informed of the process and made sure things were moving along even with a hard to reach Solicitor. Debbie made sure the process was smooth. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls up to the final exchange.

I had a great experience purchasing my first home through Ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful, responded quickly to my queries and went out of their way to make sure the process was running smoothly at all stages. After 4 years of looking for our next property we finally got it thanks to Jason and the team at Ocean Bishopston. They sold our house (3 times, long story) and were the agent we bought through too. Jason was brilliant in negotiating this tricky process and was fair and honest throughout. He really does know the market in that part of Bristol, you can rely on his experience. Unfortunately the solicitors were unhelpful and communicated poorly making things stressful. Debbie went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help me resolve problems, and get to the bottom of issues in order that we could progress the sale. I valued her time and help hugely, and dread to think what the process would have been like without her. Thank you so much Debbie!!

One point to note, the Conveyancers reflect poorly on you as estate agents when you recommend them. They are terrible.
