I recently sold a property through Ocean Estate Agents in Bristol (Clifton). I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team managed every aspect of the sale, arranging and conducting viewings to keeping me regularly updated throughout the process.

A special mention goes to James Hogg (Move Manager), who was instrumental in keeping everything moving forward - he maintained regular communication with both myself and the buyer, ensuring that issues were swiftly resolved and that the sale moved forward smoothly.

I also appreciated Ocean’s focus on security and professionalism, especially their diligence in verifying details such as bank information before completion.

I felt their fees were competitive, and the overall service, from viewing feedback to final exchange, commendable

Ocean provided a team to manage the whole process. There were problems ( beyond their control) which they helped navigate and solve. We were kept up to date through out. We completed the sale despite the tricky market conditions.

In particular, when the conveyancing process ran into difficulties, James quickly found a solution and remained responsive and supportive throughout, even after the handover.

Andrew Beaser was very helpful with our complex & stressful sale, although sometimes had a bit of a wait to speak to him. Mario & Oliver seemed to be up to date with progress as well. The legal team were very tenacious with keeping the pressure on the buyer & managing agents. Considering there was no chain, just a shame the whole process took 6 months.
