This housing agency made life easy for me. All the hassle and complexties in looking for an apartment was just broken down into simplified bits. I recommend anyone looking for a new place to be their home to try out this agency, certainly on top of the game. Should i want to move again, i will certainly work with them again.

Ocean was incredibly useful in the purchase of my first property, especialy Julie from the Gloucester Road branch. She not only kept me updated throughout the whole process but also sped the other agents up whilst they were being slow with documents. Would 100% recommend ocean for other home buyers.

We had a really positive experience with Ocean. Much more personable and responsive to calls/emails than other agents we interacted with in the process of getting valuations and house hunting.

We have been using Ocean to let our property in Bristol for nearly 10 years now and cannot fault the service provided by the extremely helpful James and Jemima in finding us great tenants for our flat. They thoroughly explain each stage of the letting process and promptly answer any questions that we might have, nothing is ever too much trouble. Overall our property purchase went fairly smooth. The viewing appointments were very prompt & the folks over at Ocean were very helpful.

The only nitpick I have is that communication between myself and the Vendor was forwarded between the two via the Estate Agents. Meaning I had access to the vendors email address and full copies of the emails.

I think that this kind of communication regarding a purchase should be summarised and/or interpreted into the Estate Agent's own words, as we might as well have been emailing each other directly.
