I was grateful for a speedy and satisfactory resolution to my problem.

I found the customer service to be prompt and helpful as when I did my initial order it was quite late at night and I didn’t know I had missed the cut off for substitutions. I emailed them and all was sorted out promptly. When the box came it was left as instructed and they emailed me a very clear photo showing the delivered box. The fruit and veg was all really nice and all in all I have been very impressed.

Always pleased with the quality, quantity and variety of fruit and vegetables in my Oddbox. Delivery service and quality great.

Oddbox is doing an important role in ensuring less food is wasted. If more people sign up the economies of scale will increase and prices should decrease.

I was a bit sceptical about this to begin with - I’ve tried other veg delivery boxes and they were either full of things I didn’t want with no option to swap them or very expensive. My sister persuaded to have a go and with the starter bonus of £10 off, it wasn’t too much of a risk. I’ve never looked back. I don’t eat at home every night and I live alone so a small box once a fortnight is perfect. I have the option to add on more or have another box if I’m going to be entertaining and the quality of the contents is always very good. I’m not the slightest bothered by how it looks, it’s how it tastes. The fact I can look at what’s coming and swap things I don’t like or want is a huge bonus for me.
The customer service is quick, helpful and friendly. Minor issues or queries were dealt with immediately.
And the last high point is I like cooking so I’ve enjoyed experimenting with the recipes too - an added bonus.

Have been enjoying the service deliveries from this outlet for three months or so.
Quality is great and never any waste. It also makes a conversation starter.

Scammers. Tried my first box and never received it. The delivery email shows an address i've never seen before in my life in broad daylight. The delivery receipt and email state an 11.49pm delivery time. How could a 11.49pm delivery be taken in broad daylight? 💀 They refuse to explain it or investigate it either.

The range of fruit and veg is faultless. It's easy to make changes and add items to each delivery. I look forward to opening the box each fortnight.

Get too much sometimes of same veg other than that find it wonderful.

Great quality fruit & vegetable boxes at a reasonable price. Great choice of food & you can easily make swaps or add extras if you want. Delivered regularly every week & this can be amended as & when required. Highly recommend

I am loving OddBox and look forward to its arrival. I love the email I receive to choose next week's fruit and veg. I sometimes have add-ons too. The quality of the fruit and veg is always excellent. I feel I am doing my bit to rescue food that would otherwise not be good enough to go on the supermarket shelves. It encourages me to try different fruits and veggies.

Although there is a lot of nice things about this, the veg and fruit that arrive are not always what I’ve selected.
I cancelled my order last time because of this, was persuaded to try again but sadly nothing has changed

Great options every week.. being able to swap items for different things and great delivery.. always very fresh and great quality 👌

All good apart from lack of letter and question mark over the yellow fruits.

I receive my Oddbox once every two weeks and the fact that now you can swap out the fruit you do not want to fruit you do and the fact that the box arrives late at night or early morning makes it easy to decide what you need to buy when out shopping

Oddbox is great! Prompt, reliable, and flexible delivery. No mistakes! Variety of choice, quality and quantity of fruit and veg excellent. Fresher and better than supermarket alternatives - and doing the planet good!
