I ordered ps5 Spider-Man limited edition console for £750. Stupidly I ordered it before reading the reviews not one email back responding to my order. Blocked me eventually just had to go through the bank to get my money back beware stay away. Very nearly ruined my son’s Christmas. Shame on you offer games! The bad you do, will eventually come back to you!

Ordered a ps5 on September 22 and after many emails received a second hand one on 28th of October from these scammers,the address given for me to return item is just someone’s house in a street so that is very suspicious as of today I have not received my £570 refund which I bought through on buy with Clearpay.I think on buy are in on scam to because they do not answer my emails Clearpay say they are looking into it so I would say to anyone do not buy from these fraudsters

I had a query about pre ordering Tekken 8 out of business hours and received a response 1st thing the following morning. They are very efficient.

Ordered a game nearly a month ago cant still not received it, cant get refund won't answer my emails or messages waste of a website used them few times takes over 4 hours for games to come through pre orders longer says 30 mins that's a lie don't waste your time or money people

After a month of correspondence and one email reply no game and then no response or payment refund.
Had to go through my bank to get money back,
Avoid this company at all costs.
Big time scammer and should be shutdown.

Hi, I pre ordered Spiderman 2 in July 2023, it came out a couple weeks ago and still no word from them about dispatch date, tracking etc. Tried emailing them and live chat, no luck whatsoever, STAY CLEAR - A SCSM WEBSITE!!!!

What on earth happened to this company.
I have used Offer Games several times over the past couple of years and always been ok, had a slight issue end of last year where the game was delivered via Amazon and late, even tho I ordered through OG website directly but it did arrive.
This time however a preordered game that was released nearly 3weeks ago has still not arrived and the company do not respond to emails which appears to be the only way to contact them. I did find a contact form, which is a page on their website you cannot get to through the website, and they responded here within an hour to offer to resend the item or refund. Initially gave the benefit of the doubt and requested it be resent, nothing, requested a refund, no response. Used the contact form again and within an hour another reply offering resend or refund, immediately asked for refund and no response again. Now can't get a response via the contact form either. Avoid at all costs, seems they have turned to scamming customers.

Nintendo device was faulty on arrival. Customer services ignored all emails and made it impossible to return the item or receive a refund. £100 wasted. Do not buy from this seller!!!

After one email response there has been no other updates and still awaiting purchased product that was set for pre-order. Date of release has now passed over 2 weeks and yet no resolution.
I'm frustrated as I've tried all possible ways to contact them to resolve issue but as yet still no contact has been provided.
Please can someone resolve this matter with urgency or provide a full refund on order number #6817826

Do not buy from this company . Pre ordered in July. Product not received . Company said product sent but tracking information with Royal Mail states “order unfulfilled”.
Promised refund but, so far, not forthcoming. Does not reply to emails only online contact form

BEWARE - THEY ARE A SCAM.
Ordered a gift card in September. Never arrived. They said they would refund - they never did.
Do not waste your hard earned money like I did.
