did not receive spiderman 2 that i ordered last october but i have contacted citizens advise that are contacting trading standards i purchased through paypal credit and tried to claim my money back but decliened by paypal.
if i purchased through paypal i should be covered by paypal.
i would not of bought from there if i could,nt purchase through paypal i thought i would be covered if anything like this happens i am now in dispute with paypal they should vet companys before they put they're name on there.

Pre-ordered a game in February for release date October 10 still nothing recieved by 25th October despite emailing them numerous times only got one reply saying they would send a code instead, still waiting! Still not replying to emails

I ordered Pokémon mystery dungeon for the switch at the end of august. I ended up receiving Pokémon tournament on the switch instead. After trying to get in contact, they told me they would send the game after I returned the wrong one. So, after two months I am still waiting. My tries to get in contact with someone are now getting ignored and I am money down.
In summery, I have paid for a game and then postage to return the wrong game which was sent and I have got nothing. Don’t buy from this site it is a SCAM!!!!

Please don't order anything from this company, i ordered a game FC 24 I've Still Not received it or any information from this scam company they don't respond to your email there frauds an i carnt believe they keep getting away with taking people's money an not receiving what they ordered. I don't think ill get my money back please don't fall for this scam site don't make the mistake i did.. this company need shutting down

Wouldn’t reccommend purchasing from offer games. I purchased an EA FC24 code, it took almost 2 days to receive the code, and then the code didn’t work. I reached out to let them know and they told me to contact EA who then referred me back to Offer Games. I contacted offer games again, and the customer service was incredibly slow, it took almost a week to get a response. I then requested a refund as I purchased a code from another provider and they ignored this and just sent another code. I told them I didn’t need the code since I already purchased another one from another provider, so requested that I get a refund. Despite chasing numerous times, my emails are being purposely ignored and they aren’t refunding me.

Their customer service is appalling, and they actively ignore emails and do everything they can to avoid refunding you.

I purchased another provider and got the code within 5 minutes.

It’s been weeks now and my emails are still being ignored.

Would stay clear and purchase your codes elsewhere.

I ordered a Xbox series s over a month ago. The item never arrived. I have continuously emailed and no response. I have even escalated the issue with Klarna and they are struggling to get a response this company is a scam. And needs to be shut down it’s looking like I could be £300 out of pocket at this very moment.

Scammer … they take your money , take your order (Lorcana) , they don’t have the stock , cancel the order and don’t refund you (then block your email).. this company should be should be shut down

I made a pre-order of AC Mirage CE for XBox in June. Money was taken, closer to release on the 5th October I assumed I would receive a note saying your order is on the way (1-3 according to their website). I received no such note. After emailing I been told the CE is shipped out today, publisher delayes at EU/crossing (that was on release day). On the 7th I ask for a tracking number or anything else that confirms it has been sent. On the 10th I get an email saying the order has been canceled and the item refunded.
Now I am curious when the £160 will actually be credited back into my account.
An absolute shambolic online game shop run by donuts. That they are still allowed to conduct business is beyond me. 1 star for a reasonable email response time.
STAY AWAY is my suggestion.

Waited for my lies of p deluxe edition to arrive despite delaying for more than 2 weeks, keep saying shipment delay and now they completely ignore my email or getting back to me at all!!

I originally ordered ac mirage on game but they were out of stock so we ordered from here big mistake. October 5 date of release didn’t come today it came after an email with ps5 instead of Xbox then when I was looking for a place to put this review I discovered (I got collection’s edition) that the price went from £199 to £399. Never again

Yeah don’t use these! They are crap. I preordered assassins creed mirage collectors case. Back on may 31st. This morning I had my shipped notification email. As Uve probably guessed I’ve not recieved my package. A preorder! Today on launch day. I highly recommend never to use these!

Ordered Lego cushion 2 sided. Received the covers, 1 sided only, cheap material, didn’t look like anything like the picture, zip didn’t work properly. I will never order from them again and they also sent it to my neighbour address. Absolutely awful and it was for my sons bedroom, so disappointing.
