Update: Unfortunately the customer service died a death after the purchases and no one is replying to messages regarding a pre purchase that is out now. so Im left hanging, not knowing if my sons birthday gift will arrive by Monday.
Really disappointed with them, a 2 minute email would give me some reassurance and they have been posting on social media so they're clearly at work! I found similar posts on the Facebook page saying how bad they are at replying after purchases
....After shopping around for my son's birthday I found both ps5 games cheapest with Offer games and I can preorder Christmas ones that are likely to sell out. When I sent a late night question re disc or code they replied within 30 mins so the purchase was a no brainer!

Nintendo switch delived that does not work as described. Upon trying to contact the mobile number supplied, my number was blocked so that I could not ring. It was then blocked on WhatsApp. Emails are ignored. I then left a message on their Facebook page. Guess what I was blocked. I will have to pursue this through the bank for any luck of receiving my money back. My poor 6 year old has basically been robbed. Also there is no trace of this company on companies House. Please do not buy

had reply's to my inquires up until i asked for a refund then nothing so looks like my money is gone so please stay away from this company as i just lost £97 to the cheating rats SO BEWARE

This company ignoring my emails, I have asked for my order to be cancelled for them to tell me to return it 0 ok customer service I am still waiting for my shipment since last week they are a fraud company I do no recommend purchasing from this company at all!

Noticed some bad reviews on here after ordering and was worried I had been scammed. But code was delivered, and no issues redeeming it! Also seen a lot of reviews saying customer service was bad, I had a reply from them averaging 5 mins every time I emailed, so no issues at all. Great service!

When you texting Email lol you waiting 2-3 months we contact bank because we need money back after bank …they attack my autistic daughter text her on her phone and text email they don’t have any COSTUMER SERVICE……send picture of my house try scared her I waiting for the money if not I call the police !!!!!!!!!

I have preordered the Spider-Man ps5 controller via Klarna for a ridiculous amount of money! I then found it cheaper elsewhere so I emailed them to cancel the order.
That was a week ago and 4 emails later still nothing! I am so annoyed I wish I’d checked here first before placing an order. The money they charge for things is criminal! Boycott at all cost NEVER order from them!

Beware of fake controllers! They sell 'refurbished' Dualshock 4 controllers, it was a decent price, so I ordered it. It turned out to be a fake that looks like the original. From my experience with fakes, they don't last long as the real ones and the D-Pad feels off when I'm playing fighting games like Street Fighter. I contacted them a few weeks ago, but I still haven't received a reply.

I have ordered a Switch console with Mario Odyssey bundle, for my wife's birthday, it came on time and looked in perfect condition (except the outer delivery box was a bit beat up). However I opened it on her birthday and set it up (everything still fine up until this point), I input the code for the Mario Odyssey game and got an error message saying the code has already been used, as you can imagine this put somewhat of a downer on my wife's birthday celebrations.

They sent an empty plastic casing! I suggest that the 5% 'excellent' Reviewers on here be investigated, as compared to the 95% of genuine reviews indicating that 'Scammer Game' is infact a fraudulent online company! Those Reviewers connected to this SCAMMING website, should face criminal prosecution for online fraud! Why are they allowed to trade in the UK if they are not registered to do business in the UK??? I have certainly brought them to the attention of the authorities!!
