I ordered a pair UGG sandals For my daughters birthday. When I opened the box the sandals were unwrapped, undone and the right one had been tried on a number of times by the look of it. It had been shoved in the box without care and was very tatty looking. Had these been sent out without anyone checking or didn't anyone care! Now I have to go to the trouble of returning these.

Easy to follow website. Kept up to date when purchase ready for collection. Pleasant staff member attended and patient with me as wanted to try before left the store. Let guy know I was happy with the size before leaving. Really happy chap. Makes a difference feeling that not a problem… I’ll be back!

Click and collect. Lovely shop
Have ordered before from Office in Worcester and everytime (3rd time) hasn't took long. Staff are great and I love the fact you can pick your order up in your chosen store instead of having to worry about having a parcel delivered to your house when you're not in.

Was able to order what I wanted without complication. Delivery was earlier than advised - within 2 days - which was a bonus. The product is exactly of the high quality I had anticipated. I love these Birkenstocks.

Click and collect, picked up my item, when I got home opened my parcel only to find these wasn't what I ordered, my item was £45 send me a slippers which is £35, now I've got to return the shoes, im going to bed very disappointed if they no longer have my size in stock
