Ordered a pair of shoes & then my order was cancelled days later due to stock issues

This review isn’t with office itself as their service is always good. The review is of the Crocs Gateway Platform Sandals I purchased. I attempted to wear them / tried them on for 10 minutes in my own home and they cut my feet so badly that I have large cuts and scars on my feet from under the straps. Considering it was at home and for such a short period of time I dread to think of the state of my feet had I decided to wear them out. They also squeak upon walking. Just to highlight to anyone thinking of getting them - I would definitely avoid! They are unbearable and unwearable. I fell victim to the advertising and reviews on social media but they are not what they are made out to be sadly. Massive flaws in the making!

I ordered online to come to my house in plenty of time for a present. A size 11 turned up when I ordered a 1. An honest mistake that I hoped Customer Service would rectify but the chatbot kept apologising and telling me there was nothing they could do. I asked them to send a 1 to my local office which I would now have to go out of my way to swap the wrong size for and the bot advised I would have to order them go in and swap. I simply wanted them to send a 1 so I could swap. The bot advised I would have to take my chances that specific shoe was in the store in a size 1. I understand the warehouse have made an error and I understand that, but felt the chatbot offered very poor customer service for an error they had made.

Easy to use website goods ordered were delivered very quickly by courier and were exactly as description stated

I have never received my shoes. It is almost impossible to contact the customer service. I tried the online chat for half day today but no luck. I called the store and they claimed that my order is on the way for pick up. Few hours later I received an email saying that I have returned the order. I waited for 13 days.

Extremely disappointed in office. Did an order worth over £350 and still was charged £4 delivery! Disgusting and customer service only answer was because they’re sale items. Will never use office again as this is outrageous when spending such a large amount of money. No other companies charge delivery usually over £100-£150

I have not received my shoes. The DPD tracking information shows the parcel as delivered, but the delivery photo clearly shows it was left at a door that is not mine.

I appreciate that this appears to be a delivery issue on DPD's part, but I have been unable to contact Office customer service to resolve it. The chat feature is unavailable, and email enquiries only receive an automated response stating that someone will reply within five working days.

This level of customer service is simply not acceptable. Payment has already been taken for goods that I have not received. DPD have advised that they cannot investigate the matter unless the retailer opens a case, yet Office provides no effective way to contact them promptly.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication. Unless this issue is resolved urgently, I will have no option but to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback to recover the money for the goods I have not received.

The overall customer service experience has been absolutely unacceptable.

Wife ordered some new Birkenstocks.

DPD decided to deliver them somewhere else as the photo is not our house. Do you know where it is ???? We don’t. Why don’t DPD actually check the address before leaving it somewhere where it clearly should not be? As usual you can’t get hold of DPD or the Office team either. What a s… show.

I haven’t received it yet as DPD will not deliver it as no house number was put with my address and they said I have to contact the company there is no telephone number for them live chat not working so sent a e mail but say can take up to five days for a reply so not happy that’s why I have scored low
