TOP UP ..RIP OFF
I have received a mail from Oister,stating a TOP UP ( they say top up ) I say RIP OFF ! of 100,00dkr...after having connected via sim card the 18th Nov,2024 in the morning, I received a amount due to Oister in the afternnon .. ( I have checked my account , they have accredited their account with 153,16 dkr...then I get another amount to be payed ! 135,70 asap or a 100,00dkr fine for NOT PAYING , this is after 48 hours of sim card being placed into my mobile ... I remember a song from a group called Frankie goes to Hollywood " The World is your OYSTER " Oister dk is more like a CLAM (musling) SCAM !

Scam - terrible terrible service and never ever use
Scam - ordered two e-sims and they never worked. Do not ever order from here - have been charged for 6 months of use without being able to use, and being forced to pay.

very very bad connection
very very bad connection. I was using it in Brøndby very bad experience. They said its 5G network but was not even 2G. and you can’t even change it because you have 6 months binding. So for 6 months i sufdered. Called customer servise many times and tried many things, didn’t help.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
I AM A NEW CUSTOMER IN OISTER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SIMCARDS WHEN I SHOULD HAVE. I SPENT MONEY TO CALL AND WAITED 35 MINUTES. NICE PERSON ANSWERED AND HE SENT ME THE 2 SIMCARDS I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED BUT WERE NOT SENT.

My experience with oister
I was a customer for a long time. So I think I can write my review on Oister.
Pros
It's cheap.
Easy to set up
Cons
The customer service is awful. They make you wait for 30 - 45 minutes before answering calls
They are untrained and the phone call is way longer than it needs to be
The internet service cuts out alot of times. I live in Aarhus and it usually drops out 1-2 times a day.
Cut bandwidth during evenings, good luck streaming a Netflix show because if you are watching after 22 they cut the bandwidth down to less than 500kbs
They use cheap tricks and bad user interfaces to make it hard for canceling subscriptions. I've dealt with accidentally clicking on cancel a cancellation of subscription when trying to navigate their platform.
Don't settle for the cheap option. please research other options there are a whole lot. Choose someplace that has experts on their team, value customer service. Has 100% uptime. It usually cost just a little more but you get so much in return

Poor customer service at Telia.dk
After experiencing poor customer service, network speed issues, and several other problems with Telia, I decided to switch to a different mobile operator. I’m really glad I chose Oister because I haven’t had any issues with network speed since then. Their customer service is always available, respectful, and responsive to any questions or concerns.

Only good experiences, just hate that they do not have an app and that I have to log in with MitID all the time. It becomes quite a hassle to keep up with data usage etc

Terrible experience
Takes many days to receive the sim card,
It arrived and plugged it in my phone but didn’t work out of the box
I couldn’t make calls or use internet.
I used an other phone to call them and had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get in touch with Customer support
Very bad start 😔

Well ... It is not expensive but provided the same quality as others for a vit more money. On top of that ... If you call in Europe you will pay extra. That's just a stretch for me. My old provider was at least as good as them and i have had free calls in Europe.

I have Internet connection that is deadly slow and streaming on laptop becomes difficult and time taking. Staff appointed should know reasons or atleast they should be technical enough to understand and figure out, rather than , ' sorry , we have no idea'

Bad Service
I was patiently waiting for a week to get my new simcard, but there was no respond. I already paid for the simcard fee.
Calling to customer service without success, because they just cut off the line. Then when I could stand in unidentify queue, I was waiting for 35 minutes with no replying.
I decided to change to another telephone company, where they could solve the problem very quick.
And I got email from Oister that my number will stay with them until the end of the month. Thats not professional way to solve issue for customer. I cannot use my number. How can I stay to use the service that you offer.
I wont give any star for this service, and definitely not suggest it to anyone.

Charged a lot for roaming
I went to Turkey, i kept the line online less than a minute. I got charged a lot. I asked for a refund or bonus credits. They refused me.

OISTER IS A SCAM! Overcharging for nothing! Never using Oister again, wouldn’t recommend
I travelled to Turkey and as soon as i landed I got a message saying I’m using data outside of EU (even though I wasn’t using my phone but thought okay maybe something in background) and then turned it off. Then I get another email for 175kr, and another email for 375kr?! Saying I used data at 05:00 in the morning?! How can I use my data if it’s off like come on, and how you charge me and automatically take the money out. Completely ruined my vacation and my budget. You just lost a long time customer
