    Le grade esthétique n'a aucun impact sur le fonctionnement de la machine. Tous nos ordinateurs sont 100% fonctionnels.
    Le grade correspond à l’apparence de la machine. En fonction de celui-ci des traces d’une précédente utilisation sont plus ou moins visibiles (présence de rayure sur la coque, légère trace sur l’écran…)

    Macbook pro not working after a day using

    Gave a broken macbook pro 2020 that couldn’t even function after a day.

    It was working well, I wanted to download apps for my college work and it started to malfunction and the laptop cannot be updated.

    SCAM!

    SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
    They sent a mac thats barely working and its so dirty like ew🤮 i swear they just restarts the computers and call it a day..

    They ruined my macbook even more when i sent it for repair and then they ended up not doing anything about my prior damages, saying it was due to myself. their customer service sucks as well, do better!

    A NIGHTMARE! I bought an iMac for €1,550 on…

    I have not been able to sleep this weekend/week.. I bought an Apple iMac for €1,550 on Refurbed with Okamac as the provider, but it struggles to run basic apps like Sublime or Spotify without crashing and becoming extremely loud. Unfortunately, I was on the other side of the planet when it arrived, so my 30-day return period expired before I could test it. When I finally returned home and tried to use it, the iMac barely functioned without excessive noise.

    I reached out to Okamac through Refurbed, explaining my situation. They informed me that, since my 30-day return period had passed, they couldn’t process a return but however, I would be able to return it under the 12-month warranty I had purchased. I quickly agreed to do that, reset the iMac, packed it up for return, and bought a replacement computer from DBA (the Danish version of eBay) for the same cost, assuming a refund from Okamac would soon cover the expense of the new computer.

    After waiting for some time, I reached out again to Okamac for the return label. However, they responded with a generic message: "Hi William, we can repair it; here’s the return label." But in my initial message, I clearly requested a refund, either full or partial—not a repair. Isn’t it reasonable to expect a fully functional computer from the start?

    Now, I’m left with 2 computers that I can’t return, resulting in debt, all due to their reluctance to issue a refund. Their response was simply, "However, we can take it back as part of your 12-month warranty." I've asked everyone I know, they tell me that this clearly means, that they will take it back for return and give me a refund as a reply to my own message, saying that I do not want it repaired, it should be working from the start..

    I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated.
    I will update this review once I receive their next response.

    I fully understand your dissatisfaction.

    Unfortunately, the answer given by my Customer Service staff is correct. In fact, you have a withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the appliance.

    This includes being able to change the model or withdraw from your order.

    As for the commercial guarantee, it allows you to return purchased equipment to our workshop for 12 months (free guarantee) if you experience a hardware or software fault.

    Under no circumstances does this constitute a right of withdrawal. That's why we refused to take your iMac back to the workshop and refund your money.

    I hope you have a better understanding of our returns policy, including the right of withdrawal and the warranty period.

    I could not recommend Okamac more! The customer service is exceptional, the delivery is fast and the product is exactly as described. If you are looking to buy a Mac at a fair price I strongly recommend it.

    Such a scam

    Such a scam! Received a faulty computer for 650 euros, sent it for reparations 3 times, and claimed to have "changed the battery" when the serial number and lifelength is exactly the same - 2 times. When I asked them about this they avoided to answer. Smells like a SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
