I recommend! Happy with the purchase! Although I haven't had time yet, to test the software. Excellent opportunity for Mac equipment, completely refurbished and at an attractive price. My request to install a QWERTY keyboard was also accepted. It also comes with a power cable. Relatively fast delivery, despite the slight delay (4 days), compared to the date initially given by the carrier. In general I am quite satisfied, however for an "Appearance" classified as "Good", unfortunately it fell below expectations...more details and photos about my purchase in my Okamac Google Maps review

Awesome, Perfection, No issues

25+ emails written, 15+ email received including 2 extremely inappropriate emails from OKAMAC. No resolution.

Background:
During summer 2022 I partnered up with a friend and started my own business in Copenhagen.
I found Refurbed.dk who offers refurbished electronics through the seller, OKAMAC and bought two identical MacBook Pro computers delivered by OKAMAC.

The one is working fine, the other is not.

Due to a recurring issue with the screen flashing on one of the MacBook Pro, I reached out to Refurbed for help.
I was advised to go directly to OKAMAC for assistance.

I send an email and a video recording of the screen flashing to OKAMAC, and a guy called Antoine from OKAMAC first told me to simply use another browser. This was not a good fix for me due to my work and the software I use.
Then Antoine advised me to go in and change the settings for the browser. I did as instructed. It didn't work and I wrote him back needing more help.
Then Antoine yelled at me with CAPS writing that the computer "did not have any issues and that it was" me not getting it.
He send this variation of outbursts several times during our correspondence.
Then Andy from Refurbed entered the tragic comedy of an email-show and tried to solve the issue by asking me to forward all communication with OKAMAC for Refurbed to take over. So I did.

Unfortunately Andy gave up, after he had attempted to communicate with Antoine, and his colleague from Refurbed, Lærke joined the emails. At this point I had long been asking for a return label to either get a new computer or get the current one fixed. Nothing happened.

Then one day, close to 2 months after first contact, Lærke wrote me saying that she had now read the emails from OKAMAC. She sincerely apologized for the treatment and experience I had received and promised that she would take it from here, ensuring that OKAMAC would send me a return label (within 1-3 days) to get the computer fixed.
I waited 1 month for a return label, but nothing happened.
Lærke wrote me several times to check if the problem was fixed, and each time she seemed surprised that the return label had not been shipped by OKAMAC.

Antoine from OKAMAC wrote a few times to both Lærke and myself that “THERE IS NO PROBLEM and it CANNOT BE FIXED!!!!” and I sought of stranded between Refurbed and OKAMAC that clearly does not communicate well.

I asked Lærke if I could return my computer and buy a new from somewhere else. Nothing was possible, and unfortunately my 3 month warranty was now also run out and Lærke couldn’t help me, despite the text on Refurbed.dk saying that you have 12 months warranty for your purchase.

I now live with a computer that flashes and I pray to God that another computer issue doesn’t occur.

In total I have spend more hours than a full weeks work, and I am amazed by the poor service, the lack of communication between the two companies and especially the acceptance of having an employee like Antoine, who writes such harsh emails to OKAMAC’s customers.
I have written Antoine saying that I do not wish to receive any more emails from him.
Despite this, I still receive weekly emails that simply has his name and the symbol “----“.

ESTAFA, compre un IMAC de 27’ mediante Back Marquet y me enviaron uno de 21’ cambiándome la etiqueta a 21’ en el último momento. Les pedí que me reenviaran el de 27’ o me abonaran la diferencia con el de 21’. Bien pues me quieron dar la mitad del valor o que les devolvíera el ordenador y me enviarían el de 27’.
Cuando les envío el ordenador UPS me lo devuelve porque se han cambiado de sede… y ahora no tienen ni la decencia de hacerse cargo del nuevo envio. A todo esto ha pasado 1 mes y aún no tengo el ordenador con la consiguiente perdida de garantia… UNA autentica estafa. A parte el primer ordenador de 21’ iba fatal….

SCAM, I bought a 27' IMAC through Back Marquet and they sent me a 21' one changing the label to 21' at the last moment. I asked them to resend me the 27' or pay me the difference with the 21'. Well, they want to give me half the value or have the computer returned to them and they would send me the 27'.

When I send them the computer UPS returns it to me because they have changed their headquarters... and now they don't even have the decency to take care of the new shipment. All this has passed 1 month and I still do not have the computer with the consequent loss of warranty... AN authentic scam. Apart from the first 21' computer was terrible...

Thank you for your service, it was excellent. The only thing I recommend you is to be quicker answering customers email.

I bought a MacBook Pro to Okamac and I wasn't very happy with it and they replaced it with a newer Mac for a very convenient price difference. They stated Correct State, État correct, but it looks almost perfect! There's a minor scratch in the centre Apple, almost invisible. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

I received my imac 7 days after my order. It was in tip top condition and recommend this supplier to anyone who needs a mac. Communication was answered with 24 hrs.

Very happy with the product received, it was perfectly secure in the box, well wrapped and up and running perfectly well, all in all a good experience

Although we had issues with the product and we had to return it, it would not put me off using Refurb again. This was purely as a result of the excellent level of attention given by the customer services team. I cannot fault the customer service handlers, they were outstanding. Very helpful, very supportive and responsive. Refund / Return process was faultless. Highly recommend Refurb

My ordered was extremely delayed and when it arrived did not meet expectations…

If you are patient, it is Well worth the while. Would defenitly Buy again. sending and shipping took a while, But Well worth the while.
