DO NOT BUY FROM OKAMAC!
Horror story. Read till the end for the law suit information.

I have paid 2100 Euro for a Macbook Pro. They have first send me a completely faulty device that had kernel panics just from surfing the web. Then they replaced it. The faulty computer therefore corrupted my backup and I lost my backup:)
But that's not all. Second computer held battery for about 2-3 hours on light workload which is in no way normal. I sent the computer back. Okamac with ZERO communication simply sent the computer back to me only later saying that there was nothing wrong with it! The next day they changed their story and said that they replaced the battery. But the battery problems persisted.
Summary: they have failed to provide me a non defective computer THREE times. They still refuse to communicate or to give me a refund that I have asked for multiple times.
I went to a trusted repair shop which had documented that the computer does NOT perform as advertised. With that I am filing case to court of small claims because last message from refurbed was literally this "-" (literally they sent me a dash lol).

But even that is not it, because this business is unethical, after I resolve my specific case I would like to take things further. I am planning next to sue them for emotional damages and for the lost time and work while they deliberately refused to cooperate. If anyone else experienced this horror with them please feel free to reach out to me at info.tayanason at gmail dot com. You won't have to pay a penny, my parents are lawyers, We might qualify for class action and hopefully put them out of business soon.

for those who never bought from Okamac: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Got my MacBook Pro with a defect keyboard on day 1.

I'll update the rating when they fix, replace or refund me.

Update: after sending it back twice I now got a good fully working MacBook Pro. I would have loved it to be working the first time but at least the customer service was good and they do send it back very quickly.

I have had an excellent experience with Okamac for the second time. The communication was kind and precise, and the way they fully repaired and even esthetically fixed my Mac machine, was impressive. With lovely, kind details and expedite, my L'Mac came home as new. Thank you so much, Team Okamac!

BEWARE!
The reconditioned 2015 Macbook Pro, delivered to me, DIED after 14 weeks.

The drive is completely dead (my local repair shop told me that it was not surprising since the computer had been reconditioned with a GENERIC flash drive - not a real Apple one).

The cost of fixing it at the shop who I trust to put in a proper flash drive will be:

1TB hard drive : €250 including VAT/labor

Okamac is telling me that I have to send it back to them, but I don't trust them to put in a real working flash drive.

I am currently trying to get Okamac to agree that it’s been enough of an inconvenience for me such as to facilitate a reimbersment by Ókamac for the cost of the repair locally.
So far it's not going well.

I bought a MacBook in good condition but received a really dent one scratches I’m ok with but it’s dents all over the Mac and the usb and charger port is rusty really disappointed for what I paid.

The item was superb and good. Immensely pleasing packaging. Delivery was superb. Item is of first-rate quality. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Tout est correct

Very fast and uncomlicated delivery. Received it a couple of days ago and its working very well until now. Except of some bruises on the outside everything looking more then fine.
I'm courius if the batterie will keep working well.
