To be honest not great, I ordered 7 days before Christmas and paid for next day delivery... my order turned up 5 days later- with no real tracking number, so was constantly getting updates saying that it would be hear at the end of the day... which ment that I was sitting in waiting for something that didn't come. Also asked your guys to make sure that my phone number was attatched to the delivery as my buzzer doesn't work- which they assured me it would, finally when the order arrived I missed it as they didn't call me and left after calling the buzzer. Understand it's a busy time of year but think that you need to improve the delivery service.

Sent the wrong size, didn't get bac …
Sent the wrong size, didn't get back to me by email until days later and once I had already put in for a refund as couldn't exchange order for same size because my order was correct. Won't get a refund for at least 9-14 days to order them again which I think I'll do some where else. Obligatory 'sorry for any inconvenience' from Alaistor. Awful experience and no help, for their mistake.
