Call four marketing the Oki-ni umbrella company
Following up on my previous review regarding a refund. I have done some research and found out Oki-ni is owned by Four Marketing, the giants that own 18montrose etc. I decided to call them and asked to pass on my message to the Manager, so they can look into my refund.
A day later I received an email stating the refund will be put through but the cowboys have only gone and refunded me for the wrong item, £60 out of pocket.
I’ve given up emailing them now. Please stay away from these scammers. If you still haven’t had any contact from them, call four marketing.

AVOID THIS RETAILER
AVOID THIS RETAILER. They cancel orders but don't tell you, nor do they respond to emails and they never answer the phone, permanently on divert. On the only order that I received I have since returned and they still haven't refunded me. Utterly appalling standard of service. Will never use again.

SCAMMERS
Ordered in January, but no email to say items shipped. No answer from emails and their phone line no longer works. I paid through paypal, so will try and get my money back.

Order was never shipped!
I purchased a bag on sale on Oki-ni at the end of December 2017 .
I immediately got an order confirmation as everything was payed but I still haven't gotten any confirmation of it's shipping!
I've tried calling customer service but can't get trough.
I've emailed but haven't got any response!
I've had no customer service whatsoever and I'm tired of it.

Ordered some Valentinos and Vapormaxs when it came to delivery I only received the Vapormax, tried to contact them multiple times by Telephone and Email and no response. Luckily, I paid through PayPal and they will be looking into this. PLEASE DO NOT USE THI WEBSITE !!!

I have used Oki Ni since it 1st launched many years ago, they have always been great, no complaints...... until now...
I have an order that was placed on 12.12.17, no sign of it and nobody responding to emails or picking up the phone. I also have a refund that has been outstanding for over 2 weeks. I really hope this shocking customer service is not something serious, or I am really out of pocket.
My advice would be to avoid them until it becomes clear what is going on.

crap service
1) made 1st order on the 11th.
2) they cancelled my 1st order citing " stock discrepancy due to high traffic volume".
3)i proceeded to remake the same order as stocks were still seen on the site. they cited the same " stock discrepancy" reason. asking which item was out of stock, my query was brushed off and saying whole order could not be fulfilled.
Refund your customers
Thank you for finally responding below but please do not insult my intelligence by saying transition when you mean administration.
Okini has a duty to its customers no matter who the parent company is.
You have my return item according to my tracking information and according to my consumer rights i am entitled to a full refund.
Please provide me with a name and contact number for someone i can speak to as emails go unanswered for weeks.

Are you closed down? I need to make a return. In the past I had no problems with the website before but now you have dissapeared.
I have been using the site for 10 years or so.
Working in the industry myself I havent heard from anyone whats happening there.

PayPal proof of billing address?
I placed my order and paid with PayPal and I was subsequently asked to provide a proof of billing address. In years of online shopping I have never had this request. When I failed to provide this since I was travelling they proceed to cancel my order. Online shopping isn't online banking and should run smoothly. When you buy a sweater you shouldn't be asked for proof of domicile and ID cards. PayPal has more than enough safeguards in place.
