One more time; excellent !

Fantastic product, quality as expected and well priced. Express delivery was a bit of a shitshow with texts from DHL telling me it was coming then it not arriving, then it saying delivery date unavailable plus Oki-ni not responding to queries about it via twitter, then another text the next day saying it would be delivered but it did arrive end of that day.

Great service, ordered 2 items and both were sent in excellent condition. Only problem was shipping was expensive and arrived later than expected

The Jacket arrived in a flimsy box, which had been ripped through. Thankfully, the jacket was wrapped in a garment bag but the bag itself was broken. A pocket in the jacket had a small rip in it and there was a droplet stain on one of the arms. The jacket was on sale - I guess I got what I paid for?

Was quite quick but expensive shipment

I purchased a pair of Rick Owens sneakers from the site. The listed Price and the billed amount were different. I contacted the customer service and was informed that the listed amount was incorrect and was intended for a different region then mine. I ask for the price to be adjusted to the advertised price I had seen. I was immediately accommodated and my account was credited almost immediately. This is the kind of service I look for in a site purchasing Highend designer wear. I will continue to shop here, and highly recommend it to others.

Product packaging arrived damaged. Prior to delivery a note was left by distributor to let me know they had called when I was out but left zero detail on where the package was, I later found it to be with a neighbor only when they brought it over.

Product was fine and in excellent condition, DPD are dogshite though and only concern with regards to ordering again.

Fast delivery, product as told. Nothing more to say. Thanks :-)
