Quite a fuss in confirming my billing address

Although the Costumer Service assitants were very nice, their effectiveness took up a few days for my case to get a resolution. It was the sales period, so probably that is why this delay occurred. The product description and photography along with their P&P services are very good. The overall look of the site is clean and intuitive, so apart from my personal case I highly recommend oki-ni, as they are one of the truly valuable veterans in the online retail bussiness for men, with a strong perspective right from the beginning of their existence.

Bad Service

Ordered an item paid £8 for next day delivery which the website stated would be the date delierved. Nothing arrived on the day so I called up to be told that it was due to be delivered the following day which wasn't acceptable as I needed the item for a trip I was taking, promised a refund for the postage as I still wanted the item 10 days later I have still not received any refund would not use again

Your return policy is a joke

In this era it is unacceptable to not offer free return on merchandise ordered online, no matter it is a domestic or international order. The no free return is essentially penalizing customers who are unsure of sizes, fits, colors, and etc. And on top of that, your size guide for shoes are highly inaccurate and/or does not attend to the fact that different labels tend to size differently. There is no such thing as one size chart applies to all. Do what other online retailers do: provide exact measurements!

And because of all these, the shoes I ordered were way too small. To return from the US, it costed me $30+. It was almost $50 to have that pair of shoes shipped to me and shipped them back. This is 1/3 of the price tag of the shoes! This is simply unacceptable. I am not going to shop with you guys anymore. There are plenty of online retailers for upscale clothing that have a much wider and better selections and a much more shopper-friendly return policy.

Awesome! Fast

worst experience online with a store I've ever had

If you live in the US don't order from oki-ni. I had to pay customs duty of 60 dollars in addition to cost. When Jacket didn't fit they don't provide return postage.That was an additional 53 dollars (via USPS) cheapest option. So it cost me 110 + dollars to find out that a jacket was not for me.

Oki-ni is now in my "Favorites" based on my shopping experience

Always concerned when ordering from an overseas company. My fears were put to rest when my purchase arrived (quicker than a domestic order from a competitor) and I opened the well-presented box to see my beautiful genuine sneakers. I immediately placed another order and am about to place another. Fortunate me!

Good product, high customs charges

Love the product I ordered online. The downside is the high customs charges. It would be a big help next time if the customs/duties charges were listed at the time of payment - by partnering with a company like Borderfree, etc.

Great experience. Fast delivery!

No issues. My bag arrived in excellent condition and delivery internationally by DHL was speedy. Email to customer service receive a reply sooner than the timeframe of 1-2 days as specified. I got a reply Within the day :) very pleased..

One feedback, it will be great if the website can allow creation of a new account as you check out. There was a message that mention you can create an account later but the order you place as a guest checkout will not be reflected in the account created afterwards.

Will use the site again. Thank you for my wonderful bag and socks.

Very Fast Shipping

I was completely surprised by the quick shipping. I ordered on Monday and the item arrived at my home in the US from France by Wednesday. Very impressive. The item was also very nicely packed.
