Purchased Victorian tiles for a new hall floor. Delivery was prompt and arranged to suit me. The Winckelman tiles supplied were of excellent quality, securely packed and competitively priced. Customer service was outstanding and Wayne Marden deserves special mention for his prompt responses and helpful advice on a number of occasions.
I simply cannot recommend the service this company provides highly enough. Specifically Harry, who went above and beyond to find me tiles that would match our existing originals in the house we are renovating. As a Luddite who is utterly new to this world, I sent him photographs and he personally oversaw the matching process for me and even mocked up some designs for alternatives and arranged the transportation to meet my builders schedule at the very last minute.
An utter joy to deal with and make you feel like you are talking to a company that really do care. I know where I will be going back to for anything else I ever need.
