This is my second Olympia splendid the first one while good struggled on real 🔥 days this elite 16 copes wonderfuly bringing the heat down quickly quality Italian design twin motors it will save on power costs not to noisy

Customer service is a nightmare. They blamed me for the unit breaking and refused to help. I’ll never buy from Olympia Splendid again. Their lack of support makes the whole experience even worse.

The quality of the products is a little bit off to me. Not recommended

I was amused and enthused by this team when my split air conditioner got problem. The team handled it very well and quickly.

I have only just had it installed & it keeps making an interval buzzing sound then a clicking sound every few minutes & gradually becomes more often. This happens each time the longer it is on. No error codes displayed so can't find out what the problem is & nothing in the trouble shooting section. Feeling disappointed & worried I've wasted thousands after reading these reviews. Thinking of contacting the supplier about taking it back & getting my money back, especially if the customer service is useless.

I couldve paid a stranger $5 to stand outside my window and blow air in and it still wouldve accomplised more than this piece of crap aircon

Pure waste of money and leaves 2 giant 8” holes to repair after you pull it out. Mine lasted one year after several attempts to repair/fix/make it work by factory agents and rep. I tore it out and replaced it with a mini split. Don’t waste your money on these.

2000 EUR AC (Pro 14HP), dead 3 years after purchase. Before this, a failure one month after ownership with the drain valve which ruined our wooden floor. The unit has never really worked properly since we bought it - random lockups, no cooling, and then the drain valve failed multiple times. Had to take this unit back to the seller multiple times.

No option to repair as the coil has failed and is not repairable by service centers (would have to go back to the manufacturer in Italy for a replacement). Reached out to Olimpia Splendid and they are not responding and have been absolutely useless (sending me wrong information for the service center). Waste of money and an absolute headache to deal with, meanwhile the three other WZ32 (non-Olimipia Splendid) units I bought that are cheaper have run without issues.

Olimpia Splendid should be a shamed that they are selling disposable and unrepairable units...

Months of emails back and forth, they made the situation right. Still wouldn't recommend after this experience.

Olympic Not So Splendid,
Piece of waste. I have one in my house, it is noisy, really noisy. Like turn it off noise if you want to be in the same room. Factory rep came out to try and fix it, tried to tell me it was acceptable noise. 80 decibels.
Generally I leave it unplugged as it is just a pain. Waste of money, no factory support, buy a Gree product or other, line set to heat pump outside. These clever all in one units are like a Over Priced Window Rattler.
When I throw it out I will also have to fix 2 8" holes in my wall.As I said, Just Crap oh, and by the way I am a heating product distributor, 35 years so I know what I am looking at, manufacture support and product quality. One last thing, I offered 1 star as there was not a negative star option.

Thank god I'm not paying for these things (other than my taxpayer's $$).
We are having a total of 67 (sixty seven) of these units installed in a long term care facility and so far, about 1 in 7 works properly. Set temps are never what actual temps ar. Only draws 30°C air and 99% humidity from outside and can't process it without water running all down its face (no way to swith to "recirculate mode". And, 3 of these pieces of junk have shaken themselves right off their wall-mounted brackets.
As Maintenance Manager, I am recommending all installation stop immediately until a full investigation is performed.
And, don't even think of askimg me to "reach out to you".... I'm tired of talking about it.

Terrible product and an even worse company. We paid a lot of money for their maestro unit. It never worked right from the beginning and had a internal quality defect. Company absolutely refused to do anything to make it right and refused to stand behind their product. I have a feeling that they will probably respond to this review by saying that they are doing everything possible to resolve the situation but please don’t believe it. They’ve had many chances and have done nothing

Quick update: predictably, they did respond to this review and I followed the instructions to get in touch but it’s the same old reputation management BS. Lots of promises to help but no actual help

Don’t recommend. We bought a Maestro unit. It was incredibly difficult to install and I can’t even tell you how much time and energy I have wasted both on the installation and on multiple calls to the manufacturer to troubleshoot various issues. The unit, despite being very heavy and solid, is as fragile as a feather. It’s very fussy and finicky. And our unit doesn’t work. After I did all the installation we turned it on and every time we run it it puts water on the floor. Something inside of it is cracked or broken but there’s no way to troubleshoot it or fix it and no help available. So very expensive waste of time and money
Also be aware that the company monitors its online reputation and tries to launder his reputation by responding to reviews and promising to help but not actually intending to help. I’ve tried recently multiple times and also tried previously to get help with a defective product and the company simply will not stand behind their products. I did exactly what they told me to do and I haven’t been contacted or helped.

The air conditioner works but makes too much noise. Paid extra for cloud based control which stopped working ages ago. They never reply to customer service emails.

Avoid.

Was interested in one of their air conditioners, but decided to contact them for advice, first. No answer to my first email. No answer to my second email sent a few months later.

Glad I wrote to them before spending my money because it let me know how little their customer service department values their potential customers.

It means I saved thousands by not buying their product and I'm now looking at their competitor's offerings

Do not buy the UNITWIN product - It does NOT work at all- and they have NO service

We bought one for 9 month ago- it never worked- and they dont want to fix it

We are telling all our friends NEVER buy from them. The people they have in Spain- dont know anything about the product- They are selling the aircon and lying for people- Telling them this machine is great and when people gets it and it does not work they ask you to buy one more machine.
