Sent wrong item, hard to contact but satisfactorily resolved.

Placed 1st order with Olivastu on Thursday for a glass Chongz bong. Paid £55. Received Chongz acrylic bong on Saturday worth about £20 max. It was difficult to contact the company and the only way I managed it was by leaving a negative review here on Trustpilot. They were very apologetic and helpful when I did get hold of them. They sent me the correct item and refunded my p&p for returning the incorrect one. I removed 1 star for sending out the wrong order and removed another for being hard to contact.

These guys are fantastic

These guys are fantastic. Brilliant selection and prices.
Also great customer service and will diligently fix any issues with an order but it's not usually a problem.
Would highly recommend.

Been buying from here for a while now

Been buying from here for a while now, I find their products are reasonably priced and have a lot of products to choose from, when one of my products was not available they called me to tell me and ask if they could substitute it for a similar product, nice customer service.

My order had no hiccups and I got it…

My order had no hiccups and I got it earlier than even scheduled and the price looks awesome only problem is that there isn't a way to exhale with the gas mask like others are designed but still very nice piece and very happy
