Olive and Sage 

Apparently this company is no longer trading , but until recently were still taking orders and payments but not sending the goods . Police will have to be involved at some point .

Like many others here, I placed an order some time ago, was told there were delays and it was coming, only to get the same blanket email about ceasing trading and to go to bank to get your money back.

I raised the dispute with my bank, I’ve contacted them today (end of the 30 day dispute window) to be told that the company have apparently disputed the refund. I’m posting here so that anyone else here in the refund process is aware they might be dragging this out on your claims too.

I made an order beginning of May, lantern and a preorder rug due in June. The lantern didn’t arrive so emailed and got a quick response blaming the order had been put together to be delivered Mid June but they would speak to the warehouse and get the lantern delivered as quickly as possible. Since then and 5 emails later, I have heard nothing from them.
It wasn’t until I read all these reviews that an even knew they had gone bust!!
So cross and very disappointed, as others I have used Olive & Sage for a few garden items, why did they even take my order and if they were aware they were going under did they not just refund me when I sent my first email!

Ordered a Wallace figure in feb 2023 and 6 months later, it hasn’t arrived. I’m being told I’m to expect delivery within the week, each time I enquire and nothing arrives. They lie and never supply your order.

After several years as loyal customer I was deeply disappointed with this company in May 2023. Ordered Nd paid £84 for solar lanterns. When didn't arrive after stated time sent email requesting information and was told my order had been processed and was on its way. Clearly a complete lie as no goods and no interaction after e mail on 12th of May stating goods on way. So disappointed as feel totally cheated after many purchases and recommendations to friends.

Why take orders in May when clearly struggling in previous months!

Ordered beginning of May for my child, cannot get in contact with them and have not received my order!!!

Been a loyal customer, now am a cheated customer my item went back in January been fighting for refund since!!!! obviously kept conning people despite being in trouble. Glad theyve gone under if this is how they treat people unless we hear differently (the silence is deafening!!!) they just took the money and ran. Good riddance

Trust Pilot removed my original review as I'd included christian names of the couple who ran this online business. They're names are in the public domain anyway on their own website and listed on the government self employed/business page! At the end of the day, they have clearly scammed their loyal customers and should be named! I've reposted (minus full names) to help warn others. I have since received a refund, but only as I fortunately paid through Klarna!

Sadly as previous reviews order not received. Given excuse after excuse by L****y. I even received a text from P**l with some story about a new accounts system playing up. Both said my order had been shipped. A week later they back tracked (basically lied). They emailed....'oh by the way I forgot to tell you we had a burglary at the warehouse.' How could they forget that! I even shared my law experience/previous career as I felt sorry they'd had a theft (more fool me!).
Ended up hitting a brick wall with this company. No response to my emails or phone calls. Phone line rings out. Website now down. No refund. Disgusting scam. They knew what was going on, yet have still taken loyal customers' money.

I've reported situation to Klarna as I fortunately only paid one instalment for my order. I've contacted UK government and HMRC, as the company is registered and showing as active. P**l is listed as the MD. I'm notifying any other website and review links of their scam. l WILL NOT let this go. L & P made their choices, so they can OWN the consequences for their appaulling actions. 😡😡😡

As others have said I have been waiting for a lamp to arrive since April. Olive and Sage have constantly lied and even 3 weeks ago said there were no issues with their email and phone when I eventually managed to get them via Facebook messenger. They said the shipment had arrived that day (3 weeks ago) and there was a backlog with customs but the delivery company would contact me. Not heard anything since. Had to come to trust pilot to confirm my suspicions. Cannot be contacted by any means although they can’t delete themselves so quickly from company house if anyway wanted to express their dissatisfaction that way!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years absolutely love the product I have unicorns, flamingos and fairies all around my garden. I ordered muffin the flamingo back in May on Klarna gutted it hasn’t arrived as paid already. Its such a shame, I hope they return xx

I don’t want to even give one star bought a vase online near on 3 months ago never been delivered sent a few emails they told me low stock waiting for them to come in then nothing Haven’t heard from them after sending a few more emails disgusting trying to get my money back fortunately it wasn’t a great amount

Not that it matters seeing as they closed their business but if I could give 0 stars I would. I have used this company many times in the past, with no issue. But these low lifes had a BIG SPRING SALE then ran away with everyones money. If you read the Google reviews it seems they have opened up under a different name.

Pathetic excuse of a company . I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my garden ornament . Of course they took my money knowing full well they were going under . Crooks

I have had lots of things from olive and sage and can honestly say they were beautiful and great quality, all still going strong . I ordered again in March and goods never arrived, I chose an alternative and was communicating via messenger. Still no goods arrived and I was now blocked ? Anyway long story short got a full refund, I’m sorry they have gone under .

I'm so upset with Olive and sage. Ordered my goods in January paid for them by clearpay as it was £135.00. being disabled I could not pay that much all at once. Been intouch with my bank got an email back from them today saying... clearpay is not responsible for me lossing my money I have now loss it . So upset 😡

Olive and sage have ceased trading, we were told that they had items stolen from there warehouse, this went on for a month and PayPal then stepped in and received refund within two days, like everyone else loyal customers and this shows when small companies try to compete and just pack up and ignore calls and emails,

I have been a very loyal customer, but have recently received extremely poor customer service, in fact jo service at all, I have sent 4 e mails , all of which have been ignore,
It's very sad that a company I thought operated on integrity and care have now proven themselves to be like a lot of other internet companies.
I mow have 4 expensive lights, all delivered in a wet , crumpled box that do not work.

Same experience as all the others.. they took my money over £200 for a garden mirror, never been delivered, ignore emails, phone just rings our.. absolute scammers, just disgusting.. now at resolution centre at PayPal trying to get refund… please avoid this disgusting company!

So sad to see that olive and sage have gone AWOL, I placed an order for £80 and Iv not received it. Seems as if the company are no longer operating. Does anyone know legally how we get our money back.
