I've used Omlet for a few purchases over the last few years starting with the Eglu Cube and recently the extreme weather blanket.

Omlet make really well designed things for pets. We have a chicken house + run and they both work really well for us. Yes, they are more expensive than other coops and runs, but the quality and practicality speak for themselves.

Great customer service and great products

I am a huge fan of Omlet products. Not only that, but their customer service is fantastic. My cats and dog love their cosy beds. My cats love the scratching posts (especially the cardboard one!), and the bunnies adore scampering around in their Zippi runs and tunnels. I also have an Eglu and walk-in run for my chickens. Would 100% recommend buying from this company for your furry and feathered companions!

Excellent quality strong and versatile

I've ordered quite a few things from Omlet and I have to say that the quality of the items is great designed to last which is important. The walk in runs are fantastic I have one for my ducks & one for my geese, they keep them safe which is extremely important & they are very well made & easy to build I managed to build them myself.I certainly recommend Omlet both on quality and also great service.

Excellent service and products. After years of continuous buying of wooden hutches with attached runs, I finally splurged out on a huge walk in run with zippi tunnels and attached to another moveable run. It is the best set up for my rabbits to have 24/7 access to their sheltered run and grass. It’s so easy and quick to clean and should last for years and years. A little pricey, but probably cheaper in the long run. Great plastic hideaways that the rabbits love. I am just not keen on the plastic coverings for the runs as there are gaps and rain can still get in, but they’re of good quality.

Company are fantastic. There coops and runs are very sturdy and easy to clean. I will be making another large order at the end of the month. Highly recommend them and there customer service is excellent very quick to respond

I buy all my chicken products from Omlet and have found that everything is solid and well-made, easy to assemble ie: coops, runs, covers, and customer service is excellent

We’ve used Omlet products since 2021 for our chickens. We have the coop, run, covers, accessories, you name it! We love Omlet, the customer service is best in class, which is a rarity these days.

Great product. Originally bought the single height Zippi run for my two rabbits about 5 years ago, over time added extension panels and have now also added the double height run with platform. My bunnies love it and so do I as I can move it around the garden. I have the full mesh floor as well so nothing can get in, or out.

I initially purchased peck toys & a caddie feeder from Omlet, these were a big hit with my girls!
This summer I purchased an auto door & the Omlet fencing. These products arrived promptly, well packaged & in recyclable packaging
I am delighted with both the auto door & the new fencing. Brilliant & well made products. Omlet excels at making excellent innovative products.

I'm a big fan of Omlet's products for cats. I had been admiring their catio for a long time before I purchased last year.

Some of my cats do go out but I now have some FIV cats that need to be indoor only. The purchase of the catio has enabled them to have a better quality of life as they can get fresh air and enjoy the sunshine. A couple of boys loved it so much that some days they refused to come in at bedtime.

It was relatively easy to construct but it did take a little longer than the instructions suggested (but that could be in part due to my friend not wanting to follow the instructions...). Although I managed to put up a partition and construct much of the cat tree by myself, I would advise to have 2 pairs of hands as it is much easier. As it was before the tunnel addition, we did manage to adapt the catio to adjoin my house which wasn't difficult to do.

What I like best about the catio is that it is adaptable in size and that the outdoor cat tree is able to be extended and changed as you want. I will definitely be purchasing further platforms in the future and extending it.

I have also purchased a few other products, namely the Maya beds and a Scratching post. Unfortunately they have now discontinued the scratching post but I managed to stock up on the refills. The scratching post mine enjoy and I like the fact it is refillable, so more sustainable.

The Maya beds I am a big fan of. They have been very popular in my house and have been well used. They also wash well in the event of accidents and when they get dirty. My only request here would be perhaps to sell the inners and covers separately as in the future an inner may need replacing or I would consider buying just covers if I wanted to change the colour of them.

All went well, however I have not actually got the cover yet. What a great shame Omlet have stopped the product5ion of the classic, which was one of their best ever hen houses.

Omlet have all the things I need to keep my cats happy both inside and out. The light up scratch post is a hit. The catio is a bigger hit. They love to be out in the fresh air and I have peace of mind that they are safe.

Fast delivery, quality so good it will probably be the last bed I ever have to buy, can freshen up with a new cover, great idea.

Terrible company, have tried now for two weeks to return my order, ordered rabbit tunnels for my daughter only to be told when they arrive they she doesn’t want them, since then I have tried to return the unopened goods but every single email ( as their phone numbers don’t work) has told me they will arrange collection but not a date and time, so still no returns
