Cannot fault this company at all. My very VERY picky senior dog did not like the bed when it came and avoided it at all costs. I think it has something to do with the memory foam being quite high up and him not used to it. Regardless the bed was incredibly well made and easy to assemble so it’s a shame I had to send it back. However the returns process was incredibly easy, everyone I spoke to was amazing and I received a refund very quickly as well. Would highly recommend it for all dogs with joint problems

I purchases the 2x3x2 run from new and have just opened the boxes to start building over the bank holiday. I've opened all the boxes and bags but I have key clips missing for the bottom section so I'm not able to build it any further. Very disappointed considering the kit cost over £700. You would have thought that at that price the parts would be correct.

We purchased the memory foam bolster bed because it matched the exact requirements we were looking for in our pup's new bed: a firm mattress that she wouldn't feel the need to dig in as she used to in her old fluffy bed, and a neck/ head support bolster. We have had the bed for about a month now and our pup is super happy with it, she doesn't dig anymore before going to sleep, feels very comfortable and rests very well throughout the night.

I've bought lots of Omlet products and they are so good, now our chickens have a wonderful warm jacket for their coop, easy to fit and very worthwhile for keeping chickens warm this winter

Delivery dates for goods are not guarantees. I completely understand this however. Omlet openly know and are aware their delivery dates are completely miss leading. The date they are stating for delivery is the date they might be able to dispatch it. I stress the word might!? They openly know this is a problem yet continue to sell goods with openly miss leading information and don't even try to contact customers. Day off work wasted can I organise another day nope because they don't know when they might send it and won't confirm when it is on its way.

Auto door randomly opens in the middle of the night leaving hens unprotected. The buttons on my auto door failed so I could set it to work automatically but I was able to operate it manually… I spoke to Omlet and they sent me some instructions which totally broke it and now it randomly opens in the middle of the night. No help from Omlet at all even though their advice made the door completely non-functioning and dangerous. I was told I need to buy new from them or I will need to mend the massive hole in my run and get a decent auto door from a reputable company.

Purchased 2 automatic doors. 1 failed after 18 months then the replacement failed after 9 months.
3 doors with only 1 working...not good. Was offered 15% discount on a new door. Very expensive for a door that has proven to have problems.

We purchased a replacement chicken net only as we already have the posts. Very disappointed with the quality (we did think it would be the same flexible net we had in the past) but this is stiff, comes with a fold down the middle that doesn’t want to come out and doesn’t connect properly at the base of the poles.
It looks like something road workers use!
Why change what was a perfectly serviceable product?

Stylish and functional

The rabbit run and housing itself are really good quality, I'm very happy with them. The zippi tunnels and opening hatches however are a totally different story and are very very poorly made. We have had for three years now and all 5 lengths of the zippi tunnel are cracked and unusable and all 4 of the slide doors have broken catches. Considering the price of these, I am really disappointed as they are all now useless and unusable. I'm happy to upload photos of just how poor these items are if someone can let me know how to.

Exactly what I ordered lovely and soft

I bought this hoping for a forever bed for my dog straight away. After getting it out of the package she loved it…. I had to change the order before it was sent out and the lady spoke to was lovely and very helpful. The items that I ordered look very luxurious and hopefully long lasting

Omlet are great! The cat bed I purchased is fantastic, well made and my cat adores it! The customer service was excellent too. Amazing all round.

Had the products a few years now and they kept my rescued ex battery girls safe (and oblivious) in the recent tornado that hit our village. While the garden was being hit by roof tiles, fence panels and plant pot missiles, the run acted as a barrier. The tarp cover was in shreds but the frame seems fine.

I've got an mk2 cube and a 4x3 double height run. I'm a 40 something female and built both by myself including the run which states 2 people are needed. I also recently fitted the auto door.

If you've built flat pack from IKEA you can build the cube and run. Just give yourself time and space. Prepare by giving the manual a once over and arranging all the parts and checking which fixings are used in each step. Then keep referring back to the manual while building.
