Automated systems promising callbacks within 1 hrs, or within 24hrs not honoured. 86 seconds after being on hold forces you to leave a voicemail.
When I got connected, they have failed 3 times to sort out my assignment on the portal.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jay and the team at Omnia for over 5 years now. As an agency owner - it is imperative that our contractors get paid correctly and on time and they have never let us down. When we were seeking a new organisation to handle internal staff pay in addition to weekly contractor payrolls, we went as far as to instruct Omnia to handle our payroll cycle in its entirety. The team are brilliant and I can safely say we won’t be engaging with any other provider in the space.
Over the past 5 years I have always been paid accurately and on time by Omnia. That's why I recommended my daughter use them when she started her contracting career. Her Onbaording was straight forward and the team were great helping someone new to the industry

I cannot fault the service that I have received from Omnia Outsourcing. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I have also had the benefit of when I have missed something they have supported me to get staff paid, when the late submission was my own fault.
Since the first time Coral contacted me she has been most helpful and very professional. She has dealt with any question or query I had and always replied to me very quickly. She clearly has the resources, motivation and passion to help people. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
My payroll service was transferred from Churchill Knight Umbrella to Omnia at very short notice, with no information provided about any potential impact. The only communication I received was a single email stating that this transfer would be “business as usual” for me and that there would be no impact which of coruse was a complete lie.
However, when they ran my first payroll, it was a complete disaster. They failed to contribute to my salary sacrifice pension, which resulted in me paying over £2,000 in additional taxes. They also did not reimburse my valid expense claim.
I have repeatedly called, left voicemails, and sent emails, but I have received no response whatsoever.
This has been a complete disaster, and I am extremely concerned about the way this company is operating. I intend to send a formal legal notice seeking compensation for my losses.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution if they wish to protect their time, money, and peace of mind.

Customer support is non-existent. They never answer the phone. Payments are consistently late. They are deducting salary sacrifice from payslips without your consent.
Completely unacceptable. Avoid them.
Umbrella contractor transferred over to Omnia from Umbrella Company UK with little warning.
Omnia have proved impossible to contact, no one answers the phone, emails are ignored.
My end client can't pay latest invoice as Omnia cannot verify the new bank details post transfer.

Rubbish support, they have no courtesy to respond to emails, they do not even acknowledge emails or respond to them. Payments are delayed and they breach contracts because they dont honour contracts that Churchill Knight had with its clients before they offloaded.
I was transferred (without my consent and very little information) from Churchill Knight to Omnia. Another diabolical company. No responses to emails, no answers on the phone, no transparency over their services.
I am now looking into a company that actually has some customer service and some guarantees in place.
The whole thing is a joke.
No pay. No communication. No response to emails. Not answering phones. It's been a week. No reassurances or apologies received as this is clearly affecting many people. A decent company would have at least communicated a global email of sorts.

Avoid using this company, transferred from Churchill Knight like many others didnt get paid for over a week, had no contact to explain or apologise, no accountability taken, a pathetic first impression and a last as won't be using again.
Similar to other recent reviews I was forced to transfer over from Churchill Knight. I have had no issues in the two years I was with Churchill Knight, queries were answered instantly and issues resolved very quickly. With Omnia I have had to chase my pay 3 weeks running. I have very little faith in the organisation, they never answer any calls or emails. On the one occasion I spoke to someone they advised me it was ‘teething problems’ due to me being paid weekly on a Tuesday and this issue would be resolved for the following week and yet here I am 3 weeks later wasting more time chasing them for my pay. I would avoid this organisation at all costs.

5 months later I am one of the many contractors transferred to Omnia who have not been paid for weeks.
Impossible to contact account managers or payroll staff.
The few emails I have received have asked me to coordinate invoicing with my supplier.
Utter incompetence, finding a better umbrella company won't be hard.
Similar experience to many others. Transferred from Churchill Knight. 1 week of pay has gone missing and no older pay documents transferred to their portal. Do not answer the phones, do not return calls, do not reply to emails.
I was on a confirmed monthly pay cycle with payment due on 6 February 2026. Following the transfer from Churchill Knight Umbrella to Omnia Outsourcing at the end of January, payment was not made on the agreed date and no proactive communication was issued.
I contacted support by email and phone on 8 February. I left a voicemail and was advised I would receive a response within an hour. It ultimately took three days and required escalation via my agency before the matter was resolved.
Payment was subsequently processed and a payslip issued, which I appreciate. However, for contractors, agreed pay dates are critical. Missing a confirmed payment date and failing to respond within promised timeframes understandably creates concern.
Large-scale transfers (2,000+ workers were referenced in communications) may create administrative pressure, but payroll reliability and communication are core services for an umbrella provider.
The issue was resolved, but improvements in responsiveness and proactive communication during transitions would significantly increase confidence.

Terrible is an understatement. I have not been paid, my agency has been chasing them to get contract over since Churchill transfer. They don't take calls, they don't respond to mails, they don't pay.
Forced transfer to Omnia via TUPE but they are in breach of TUPE terms as they do not offer salary sacrifice for pension payments.
If taken to court they would be in serious trouble and would be liable to significant payments.
