My first contact with Omnia with what could have been a possible, probable difficult situation. Daisy greeted me with such a professional and efficient manner that put me instantly at ease and gave me confidence that I have never experienced with any other similar companies. Georgia was very helpful and very clear…

Georgia was very helpful and very clear with all the information. Nothing to do with her but it does state no where in your questionnaire or opening documents that you deduct £17 a week to pay me my money, which works out to be £884 a year when I could pay my own tax.

Great company and people

Great company and people.
Sorted out payroll quickly and efficiently, and come payday, everything was spot on, so the staff were very happy.
Would highly recommend.

Scam company

Shocking customer service, this is not a reputable company they are scammers posing as a legitimate company. They put people into work but refuse to pay them. They still owe me a lot of money but by now must've used every excuse and delay tactic in paying the invoice. None of them know what they are doing as no one can explain what needs to be done. I would avoid this absolute feaces storm of a company at all costs unless you want to be contracted to complete an assignment for and not get paid for it. Apparently Omnia didn't get the memo about slavery abolishment in 1833.

Hello Mitchell, we would prefer to stay on the right side of the law and conduct the correct right to work checks so thank you for providing us with evidence of your right to work documents as requested now. As we pay by close of business on a Friday and instruction was received this morning, with the documentation you have provided we are happy to release that payment for you on time. You will receive funds tomorrow morning.
