Ollie was very helpful with all my questions prior to purchasing my Omni-tub.
The process was spot on from start to finish. The Omni-tub, wow wow, excellent quality and a real feature for any bathroom.

Product itself seems fine but customer service is poor. My tub arrived with a small scratch on it. I contacted Omnitub and they offered to send out a repair kit. I’m a plumber so I was happy to buff out the scratches myself. So I said thanks and I received an email to say my order had been amended to include this repair kit.

And that was it! Nothing was delivered and trying to get in touch with them to ask where it is is proving next to impossible, so I still have a scratched bath and no customer service in sight. Wouldn’t buy from them again, which is a shame because it all seemed to be going well until it very much wasn’t.

Omni-tub were super speedy and friendly in responding to my request for pricing. The guy I spoke to commiserated kindly with me about the additional hefty price of safe delivery to ireland (€335ish). On top of which, followed the import duty (€500ish) was crushing. Never again will I buy anything in the UK. But I can’t fault Omni Tub, their people or DHL.

Great product and a great solution to getting an en-suite bathroom into what is essentially a cupboard in a Georgian townhouse - though we haven't fitted it yet! Very helpful company and prompt next day delivery.

Delivered when requested. Tub is fantastic, had a few challenges with side frame, but mostly down to where we had placed the overflow. Tub itself is perfect. Side panels finish it off well.

We have recently finished our bathroom renovation, fitting an Omni Tub where a shower basin once was in a very narrow room and love it.

The team were very helpful in the early stages when figuring out if the bath was right for us, and once ordered, delivery was as advertised, nice and quick.

Fitters had some trouble with the install, but only due to the very narrow working conditions, no trouble with the bath itself. Now installs and finished and we love it. One short bather and one tall (5'2 and 6'5). Different experiences for both as it is basically a normal bath for the shorter. Despite being tall, the bath is still wonderful to use, sat up fully immersed in the water.

All in all, would happily recommend to someone looking for a short tub for an awkward space, or a deep tub for a full soak.

The omnitub been in for a couple of months now. Side panel yet to fit. The bathroom makeover is still ongoing. Tiling yet to finish. Overall pleased with the bath, only caveats are, it is deeper than I thought. Easy to get in a different technique required to get out, than our old bath. I am 6ft 2ins, my shoulders are lower than the sides, so arms and elbows
to push up from the bath to get out is to awkward. The Web site shows click clack plug and drain as favourite, not wanting an overflow, eventually found the right size click clack to fit, victorian plumbing. As far as I remember the drain is always in the centre of the bath. the drain recess looked OK. In operation when sitting in the bath legs out straight not a problem, when laying down knees up, ok when you want to sit up again you release pressure on the click clack and the water empties, when you know its doing it, you press it back down. As this is a single person bath perhaps the option to have the drain at the tap end of the bath would alleviate this problem and make laying down more comfortable. Build quality as good as expected, no one else makes them like this.

Good communication, our tub arrived quickly. It has been installed but not yet in use so can't comment on how it will be but it looks good.

This is the 2nd tub I’ve ordered from omnitub and the whole experience is smooth. It arrived quickly and safe and sound, "from across the pond", and I’m very happy with the product.

Omnitub were very helpful when we were choosing which size tub to go for and we are really pleased with our decision to have the 1600mm x 800mm to fit in our reasonably compact bathroom.
Have just tried it out today - with 2 of us - and there was plenty of room. Sturdy construction, easy to fit feet and extendable legs. Two happy bathers!
