Having visited the Omni Tub showroom we were delighted to be able to see the product and check the dimensions and ease of access into the different baths. The colour matching is a great service as we were able to leave a coloured tile with them and the bath panel which was made was a perfect match. Equally I am pleased that having bought the filler system which we could not use due to our plumbing we were given a full refund as agreed.

The bath is brilliant - excellent build quality and bright white in colour. Delivery also very good with a very helpful driver dropping off the well packaged and palleted bath.
Also really helpful was the ability to delay delivery - our building works took a ‘little’ longer than expected so it was eight months before we contacted Omnitub to request delivery - they were unfazed!

Awesome product and amazing customer service. We purchased a 1200x1200 tub, they have an awesome on hold delivery set up as we didn’t know when our builders would be available. Once we knew the date the Omnitub team made sure the tub was delivered on the specified date and seeing we live in the Isle of Wight that is no mean feat. The tub itself is worth every penny in terms of materials used and build quality. Highly recommend Omnitub to anyone thinking of getting that special bathroom experience.

Suberb product and craftsmanship, purchased both the deep soak tub 600mm X 1100mm and an 800mm X 800mm shower tray, looks great and I am well pleased.

Really poor customer service...my bathtub was not delivered on time. You agree an arranged delivery date which is confirmed via their tracking system. At around midday on the day it was due to be delivered they changed the tracking information to delivering it 3 days later. No notification, email, call or anything.
When I realised and called to clarify the situation I was offered no solution, help or compensation for the extra costs (which ultimately were £375) because the bath was not delivered on time. I was told 'no way' by Ollie when I asked for help towards my extra costs and he essentially did absolutely nothing to try and help to get my bath to me on time. He blamed the delivery company, said it wasn't his responsibility and clearly had absolutely no care or concern for the position he put me in.
I have since received the bath and written to him outlining, with proof all the extra costs I incurred due to the failed delivery and he once again said he will not cover anything.
I will be taking this matter to small claims court.
My advice is find a bath elsewhere if you expect it to arrive on time or if you wish to receive any reasonable, polite or caring customer service.

After reading the recommendations on Mum's Net regarding Omnitub I drove to their Warehouse and was spoilt for choice in size, colour and type.
I purchased a small tub at the sale price and Ollie stored the bath tub for me at no extra cost.
It was delivered on time, with no hassle and with a shipping company that answered phone calls.
I can't wait for the bathroom to be finished so I can have a long soak!
All in all a very satisfactory experience.
Thank you Ollie

Omnitub baths are great ~ I’ve been pleased with mine - both in terms of service and the durability of the finish. And yes they are deep! Much easier to get out of when the water is still in the bath!

We have had a great experience ordering from Omnitub. From the careful attention and advice getting to order the bath that would best suit our needs to the flexibility of delivery having benefitted from a sale price. We can’t wait for the project to be complete to have our first relaxing bath. Big thumbs up to Ollie.

Web site helped us to chose right size, videos were really helpful. Flexible delivery date was really convenient as building work is tricky to pin down dates etc. Email communication was also good. Question was answered in good time and was helpful. Thank you! We love our deep bath tub!

We spent over £1200 on a tub and side panel but aren’t allowed to return the unopened panel - even at our own expense, and even though it was only 17 days after delivery.
The tub was complicated to install (largely due to height & weight with water in it). After several plumber visits we realised we can’t mount the waste under the floor boards and the tub will need to sit higher than we intended and we will therefore need to put in a step to access it. That means we need to create a custom board for the side rather than using their panel. Figuring this out took a bit of time so by the time we realised we can’t use the panel it was 17 days after delivery.
Unfortunately Omnitub’s are totally belligerent in their approach to their returns policy (rather unlike Wickes and some other suppliers who allowed us to return a toilet 6 weeks after purchase).
When you’re selling a complex to install premium product I would have expected a more customer centric approach. Disappointingly not the case - wouldn’t recommend dealing with them as a result!

I'm pleased with the bath and disappointed with the total lack of after-sale service. On the whole I don't recommend this company.
I placed my order online and it was swiftly dispatched. I ordered a bath, a side panel and an overflow kit. The side panel was missing. I emailed. The next day I followed up with a phone call. The company were in the process of preparing a side panel but hadn't replied to my email. It came a week later (which was fine as I said to them I was in no hurry). So, now I have a bath, a side panel and 2 cardboard boxes. One cardboard box contains some fibreglass legs, a bag of screws and some bolts/feet. The other contains the overflow. No instructions. Not a scrap of paper in either box. And no email with some links for how-to guides. Nothing. I email on 29th December asking for instructions and asking my first two questions - what should I know before drilling a hole in the tub for the overflow and what do I do with the legs?
So many questions and seemingly no one to answer them. I emailed a second time with all of the following questions on the morning of Friday 3rd and requested a quick response as I was going to install over the weekend. What size hole should I drill in this £1000 piece of fibreglass for the top outlet of the overflow? What areas of the tub should I avoid when drilling the hole? The fibreglass legs each have a number hand-written in marker pen and the underside of the tub has the same hand-written numbers arranged on the bottom. Is is safe to assume each should be matched and that's where the legs go? And are the screws for the legs? Do I even need to use the legs as I was hoping to put the bath directly on the floor?
Radio silence from the ignore at omnitub team. Maybe it's only been 5 working days, but it's also only a request for some basic information I should already have to hand. I've now installed the bath after making assumptions and hoping for the best. Like I said at the beginning, unless you are 100% confident in what could be required and prepared to accept zero post sale support, I suggest avoiding this company.
Things I found that may be of use to someone else:
- The screws are indeed for the legs. The bath base is a little thicker than 20mm. There weren't enough screws, I have 5 in each leg, and one screw sheared half way in.
- The legs are not perfectly aligned with a level floor so I also used the feet.
- For the overflow I drilled a 44mm hole as this was slightly larger than the outlet. I did all the initial measurements on the outside and drilled a small pilot hole from outside to inside. And then drilled the 44mm hole from inside to out - there was no tear-out doing it this way.
