If i could give zero stars i would. I wish i would have read the reviews before i even started the trial. I want it to try the app so i bought the one week trial (for just 50 cents) but after a whole questionnaire that took me a lot of time i never received a password and when i wanted to try the app it would make me fill in the whole questionnaire all over again (it took so long) in order to get username and password. I emailed them before the end of the trial that i don’t want to continue with them. Then i got a reply that i should have cancelled through the app (THAT I DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO, SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED MY PASSWORD). After i emailed them about canceling the trial, which i did on time (before the week ended). I received a password AFTER the week was over. So they send you the password after the week-trial so you can not cancel, be aware. They charged me 80 euros and told me they can offer me a year subscription.. as if that is something complimentary… I LITERALLY PAID FOR IT. Or better said: got scammed for it.

Like everyone else scam I cancelled after about 2 days but they took £64 said I hadn't cancelled yet I can't get on the app iv messaged loads times offers me a free year if I didn't last 2 days on the diet I'm not going to want a year

I went to sign up for the £3 trial, they then took £3 and £48 for a one off premium service that I never agreed to at the same time I started receiving calls and texts from what appeared originally to be from my bank reporting fraud on my account but turned out to be scam calls trying to get me to access my bank, I email them and they have said they will refund but thankfully I paid via paypal and have put a stop on them being able to take anything else from my account as they tried to take further payments, I've also reported this to my bank and they are investigating the fraud.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could.
I have notified omo that I can't continue as I can't get past a certain point.
No one has answered m e I think it's a ploy so they don't have to continue with your motivations.The word continue is supposed to come up but it doesn't so you can't go any further.
This is a scam they took my money and would not let me cancel until they took my $125 Aust out!!!!

Omo send me an email to confirm I have cancelled my subscription. Now they say I didn't. And deduct us$79 for a 3 months subscription, 3 weeks after I have cancelled my 1 week subscription. I sent them a screenshot of that email. I have unsubscribe as per Omo instructions. This is how they scam the people. They tell all of us the same that we didn't complete the cancellation process or that we have subscribed for 3 months. 
Shame on you Omo.

It's a scam; they bill you £79 and won't get it back. My details were stolen and used by this bunch of scam merchants, and still, they refuse to give them back. I will simply report this to the bank and get it back this way. its fraud, simple.

What a complete and total scam!

So I thought I was signing up for a 7 day free trial at $3.
I tried multiple times unsuccessfully to cancel the trial. Then they took 79.20 for a three month which I had no intention of purchasing. when I realised what had happened I immediately sent an email to support and asked for a refund.

Their reply? They canceled my subscription but no refund. I never would have signed up to that trial subscription had i known this would happen. I feel tricked deceived and cheated. OMO tricked me and countless others into it through misleading practices which i feel is illegal.

I want my money back and like others will continue to leave comments and reviews until you do. Omo practices are totally unacceptable and definitely not ‘transparent’ . I want refunded

Absolutely scammers ! I signed up for the 3 euro week train and at the exact time the billed me 79 euros!!! I didn’t even get the trail, i got 1reply saying i agreed to go straight to subscription bit i did not! I showed them with screen shots of what i agreed to and i have sent over 100 emails and now never get a reply! Absolutely pathetic customer service just rip you off

The app was really good but the accounts department is shady as hell. I wanted to get charges for only weekly subscription and their false advertisement and trick with wording made me pay 70$ or so for 3 month subscription.
I reached customer services immediately but they said they can’t do anything. Sadly I won’t be recommending to anyone at all. The app is good but it’s just bad people handling a good app.

Same happened to me as everyone else here. Only agreed to pay 50cent and then they charged me for a 3 month subscription and took €79.20 out of my bank account. However, I somehow got lucky and emailed their customer service straight away basically begging for a refund and they actually gave me one. They offered a free year subscription or a refund like i asked and obviously i said the refund. Idk why they gave me one when literally every other review said they refused to. i think they might’ve felt bad for me cause i’m only 18 and have no money. Basically, i’m trying to say if your emailing them asking for a refund try being nice and make them feel sorry for u and u might get one.

Was told I’d be doing a trial for $3 and was charged $79. I emailed them and they gave me a list of B.S. excuses. I found this site and saw I am not alone! Reporting to my bank as we speak.

Complete scam. Tricks you into autorenew and will not refund

They are robbing peoples money and it is a garbage app because has nothing to offer, it’s useless even 50 cents payment was much for that trial, after they don’t let you unsubscribe and rob you 80 euros

Wish I could give zero stars - complete scam signed up for the 50p trail and then they took 50p along with another £72 which I didn't agree to! Tried contacting they just ignore you this company needs shutting down and should be forced to give us our money back!!!

Like ALL the previous comments: this company takes your money and is completely unresponsive to inquiries. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CON.

What a total scam!

So you THINK you are signing up for a 7 day free trial at £3. People wanting to help you with your health and fitness can’t be bad can they….?!

Well- When you checkout they keep offering you upgrades, which you press no because you want to try it out.

Then on the third pop up, they change the buttons and the wording so you are actually agreeing to a subscription!! There’s no final screen to show what you have inadvertently signed up to. It just all disappears.

Then they take £79.20 for a three month trial which I had no intention of purchasing.

So when I realised what had happened I immediately cancelled everything on the app/website (they don’t make that easy) and asked for a refund.

Their reply? No- because the terms and conditions of ‘no refunds’ was there for me to read at any time. Err NO OMO, I never would have signed up to that subscription and you KNOW that because of the sneaky and underhand way you set up that final screen. So your refund policy does not apply here. You tricked me and others into it through misleading practices and that is illegal.

I want my money back and like others will continue to leave comments and reviews until you do.

Don't reply on here like you have to others to say your policy was there for me to read - that is totally irrelevant. I was only interested in buying the trial. You know exactly what you’re doing with that final screen. It is totally unacceptable and is definitely not as you describe on here as ‘transparent’ it’s about as transparent as mud. Refund my money now.

SCAMMERS! 50p to start, swiftly rising to nearly £80 whether you've unsubscribed or not. DON'T TOUCH...........CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!

Terrible app that tricks you into signing up for services that you do not want and you are not able to get a refund. Customer support was condescending and unhelpful. Please do not be tempted to download and trial this app. It is not worth it.
