Excellent customer service and happy with onecall

The operative, Harper Keelan, was helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and explained everything in detail. And I was happyvwith the insurance price he quoted.

The telephone assistant Holly, rang me several times in order to pass on important info. Her identification was HG4. When we did eventually communicate she pointed out that my recent claim was fine but the benefits of the extra cover above the basic rate would be advantageous. She then efficiently and politely put this into place.

Explained clearly all the options

Kt7 was polite and helpful. They provided the options for a change i needed to make to my policy very promptly and clearly. Overall the experience was pleasant apart from the system not recognising my bank account and sort code despite multiple attempts Kt7 worked around this politely and patiently. Thanks To Kt7 (sounds like something from Star Wars :) )

SH1 was great. I asked if she could call me back later as I was in the Hospital with my wife, and she did. Makes all the difference being able to speak to ‘real’ helpful people.

CL4 was very helpful when I cancelled my policy.

I was dealt with by agent DB4 who I must say was very helpful and knowledgeable. He effected our renewal very professionally. He represents a good company with easy access to any policies that you purchase.

Very easy to submit proposal details online for a quote but not so easy for communicating by 'chat' to find out how my policy was progressing... On line chat with the first agent got the ball rolling but the conversation text wasn't emailed back as requested to me so I am unable to recall the agent's name after the chat ended. However I quickly received an email advising that more information was sought regarding an additional rider. Of course that meant waiting in the queue again for an agent... This time GH2, Georgina asked the questions extremely quickly and efficiently. Sorted, thank you.
Navigating my portal is not so easy but at least I have all the documents and my bike is covered.

Leanne (LE6) was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions quickly and honestly, updated the details I required and got me a cracking deal on my bike insurance - an excellent service all round & left me a very happy customer :D
