177 pounds to cancel policy as I found cheaper policy elsewhere half the price. Seems expensive considering only 4 months left until it ends anyway.

I fill in all my details on the online portal took 15,minutes then when tried to do payment the portal said can’t do this must do it by phone so rang waiting time 33 minutes then got through to Adrian when through it all again

Awful company. Live chat is terrible and leave you hanging. No info of what's going on. Poor customer service.

I wanted to cancel my policy. Lawrence helped me with this process. Firstly he tried to get me a better cost. This was not possible so he went in to cancel my policy. This was done efficiently and without an issue . Thank you Lawrence
