I think onecommune and all it has to offer is so vital as globally we navigate this time of far reaching political uncertainty. It’s like a port in the storm and an opportunity to nurture and evolve ourselves. The people I have communicated with at onecommune are easily accessible and responsive. It has been the best experience I’ve had in a long time in this format.

I've taken Commune courses from time-to-time and always enjoyed them. I recently took the plunge and invested in a lifetime membership and am thrilled to know I can come and go whenever I want to! I find myself on the site at least 4-6 days a week, often starting my day with Commune while I walk a few miles for exercise. The breadth of content options excites me and entices me to explore areas I wouldn't normally look into! I LOVE that new content is constantly being added as well. Being able to save content to a "favorites" list is a terrific feature that I'm already enjoying.

I had an exceptional experience with this team. Their programs are outstanding, and although I decided not to continue at this time due to personal circumstances (unrelated to their content), I know I'll return in the future. When I emailed to cancel before my trial ended, they promptly issued a refund. What struck me most was their response—the wording was so thoughtful and welcoming that it made me reconsider my decision to leave. It's refreshing to see a company that truly understands the importance of customer experience and genuine kindness.

This is one of the best things I’ve been gifted. Every course I’ve taken so far has been amazing, full of knowledge and easy to understand. I’ve truly gotten so much out of it. It’s helping me understand myself and others. Customer service is top notch as well.

After not using Commune for some time - too busy traveling, neglecting my wellbeing - I wanted to confirm my registration for 2025, and had a specific question in this regard. Someone very helpful connected with me almost immediately. Everything was checked and the necessary information provided. Super helpful and quick support. Having so many quality and diverse courses together in one place is what attract me initially to Commune, and I can now add the professional support as well.

First and foremost, the material offered with membership is astounding quality. All courses a filmed and recorded with complete clarity and are broken into manageable lessons with useful written notes. Some of the material such as the "Starting Fresh" course is simply groundbreaking and worth the membership cost in itself. After doing just one course I realised I wanted life membership to save me from trawling through substandard trash on YouTube.

I deduct a star because their billing and administration is a bit unnerving. Like other reviewers, I encountered a problem where I was charged incorrectly on my first subscription, but my email was politely responded to after a couple of days and a refund promptly issued. When I later upgraded this to life membership I found it difficult to see any confirmation of what I had purchased and when I would be billed, so again I had to email and again I was responded to promptly. You do keep receiving deals in your inbox even after you've forked out £££ for lifetime membership, so it is galling to see that people are being offered membership for less than you paid. I love this platform though, and it has been truly life changing for me, so I don't begrudge a penny of what it has cost me.

I enjoyed the free trial and wanted to subscribe. I had a question that was answered quickly and professionally! I have been enjoying the presentations!

Responsive and generous. Access to mind expanding teachings. I wish the $ were the same for Canadians ans USA people as it end up too costly for me.

Membership was offered at $99. I found some $300 charged to my account. I wrote to them in multiple times after discovering this charge on my card some weeks later complaining about false advertising. They have never gotten back to me about simple logistics stating that they are not set up for email correspondence.my refund request resulted in delayed responses by well over a month by which time they say I was over the 7-day time limit. Links to my membership do not even open. Prices for memberships change on a whim with endless false advertising. Websites where we are supposed to track our payments don't open. Confirmation of membership supposedly sent to my email is absent. Offerings are really substandard. I have email threads going back for 6 months after asking for a refund - the latest response is an offer for year's free subscription when I have already been charged for Lifetime Membership. This is a complete scam, shady operators, don't touch it. Worse, they are offering wellbeing, yoga and spiritual teachings which in the real world are about integrity, honesty, responsibility and how to better oneself in life - there is nothing responsible or honest about this lot. So called Free Classes come with additional charges There is no customer service to speak of. Most of the teachers have free online classes on You Tube, Podcasts etc. How ironic.

I had an issue when trying to register for a course. I emailed customer service to ask about the problem and within 24hrs I received a very kind response and my issue was resolved. Really great support !

I am thoroughly enjoying this app. So much good information. And the yoga!! Schuyler Grant’s yoga is phenomenal. So many interesting yoga instructors to choose from.

Like other one star reviews, my main issue was with the auto renew. I had purchased a single course that came with a year's membership "as a bonus". Then they auto renewed their "bonus" membership a year later. So, make sure you find the little box to uncheck if you don't want a surprise charge the following year. They were completely unwilling to work with me to reverse the charge. Dubious business practice. Very disappointing.

I love all the people on the platform. I've read the books by Mark Hyman, Casey Means, etc - but these courses go beyond the books. And it's nice to have many holistic health opinions in one place and know that they are reputable. I originally just got the membership for the learning courses. But I have found their workout classes super great, too.

A great toolbox full of wonderful and helpful tools for health, wellness, mindfulness and a sense of community.

With materials and courses from well-respected people like Gabor Mate, Deepak Chakra, Bruce Lipton, and so many others. Too many too List.

I had just missed a promotional offer and am on a fixed income but decided to reach out to the Commune One team. They were so kind and understanding to extend the offer, which allowed me to become a member.

I am just starting Qigong and a few courses, which is a fantastic feeling.

Within the last few weeks, I have had the opportunity to experience a few of Commune's free videos to try out to see how I enjoyed the courses. The courses have exceeded my expectations. The instructors have given such clear and detailed instructions. But really what has impressed me so much, is it is very obvious the instructors are passinate about what they teach and really care about the quality of the material they are sharing. When the time is right for me to actually join, I will not hesitate as I now have some experience with the exceptional courses that are offered. Thank you for allowing me to try out some of your courses up front. I really appreciate knowing what I will be purchasing!

There are numerous inspiring teachers and wayshowers in the Commune program that have helped me learn to be a better person. As a better human being, I'm more able to serve the wellbeing of others with my creative gifts and talents. May this valuable program continue to inspire many people to be the best versions of themselves with this creative and uplifting content.

What can I say. Commune feels like home, whatever you need is right there. You need some yoga? It´s there! You want to learn about health from food to brain it is all there! You need to stress down, take meditation. You learn so much about your life, body and brain and it is so many courses to chose from that you will never be out of something to learn. I have been a member for a couple of years now and I just love it! The platform is easy to use and so are the app. And they are so helpful if you need assistance in any way. I highly recommend that you try.

I am new to the Commune Membership Platform and despite some technical glitches getting started I was quickly assisted in getting resolution and am quite amazed at the level of content and the incredibly low cost to access world class teachings and trainings. One of the courses alone would be worth far more than what the annual membership costs. Excellent value and an incredible resource for growth in all areas of my life.

I signed up for a course in the middle of October, a few weeks later, at the beginning of the course it was clear that it wasn’t going to work out. I was informed the first week that there was a prerequisite that wasn’t listed on the course criteria and two books required that also were not listed on the course criteria. I reached out multiple ways for a refund. It took several days for commune to get back to me at which time they told me I had seven days from the time of purchase to request a refund. I told them that the course started after seven days that that didn’t make sense and they that they have a 14 day free class review listed on their website. I was told that that is for a different membership and that my course only had 7 days from time of purchase, not from the time that the course started, so they refused to refund me several hundred dollars. The content is very disorganized and very lacking, Terrible communication, and website navigation is horrible, especially for the amount of money spent on the course. Buyer beware!
The course I signed up for was with Sara Gottfried I took a course from her seven several years ago and it was great, but it was not on this platform. I’m very disappointed, And won’t be looking at any of her products again either.
