Just completed an amazing two-month stay in London at a flat managed by One Fine Stay. The flat was comfortable and well located, but the true highlight of the experience was the One Fine Stay service team -- incredibly lovely and responsive. This is a very well managed firm.

The house we rented was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The representative handling the check-in process was friendly and professional.

The apartment was in a great location to explore London. It was just the right size for a family of four (our children are aged 9 and 13) and we loved our stay here. The check in process was excellent, and there was a staff member on site to greet us and show us round the flat even though we arrived at 8pm. It is a short walk (10 minutes) from Paddington Station so access to the tube is very easy. There are also loads of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

The kitchen was small but well equipped and it would be easily possible to cook for a family using it. The washing machine and dryer were outside in a small utility room, which was necessary as the flat would not otherwise accommodate them and they both worked well. The bathrooms were fine, although it is odd that there is no door to the en suite bathroom and toilet, but there were no significant issues with them. The access steps to this basement flat are steep and could be slippery in the rain or snow, but we had no problems with them.

We would be happy to stay here again and use One Fine Stay for future bookings.

Made a request to book an apartment in London on flexible price button an on the website early morning Tuesday 1st August auto reply someone will get back to you within the hour, no reply by lunch time so tried again still nothing back by 4 p.m in the afternoon so rang up gave all details to person on phone said someone else would ring back a little later which they did, had to go through all the details again,got payment email through but not right cancellation policy emailed again told needed to be checked with owner even though I had clicked on the flexible cancellation booking button would need to get back to me still awaiting a reply now 7th August

Great flat, clean, great location and as advertised. Perfect for a week in london. The onefinestay team where really helpful, organized a new travel cot and highchair for my kids, and toys!
Only thing I would be looking to fix is the curtains, with the sun up at 4am it was extremely bright in the bedrooms.

We used OFS for the first time to arrange for accommodation in London.

The whole experience was wonderful and we feel pampered all the way.

The place in London was amazing and both adults and kids enjoyed it very very much! We loved the location in Kensington as well and it’s very close to grocery stores and the tube station.

We will definitely use OFS and stay in Campden Hill Gardens again!

Location was amazing. The inside of the apartment was newly refurbished and everything worked perfectly.

Maddox II was a very nice apartment in a perfect location in London. The flat was clean, spacious and modern and on the border of SOHO and Mayfair which gives you access to great restaurants, shopping and tourist destinations. The WI-FI only worked in the main room (not the bedroom) and the air conditioning was intermittent. Correcting these small issues would make it a 5 star review for sure. I highly recommend the flat and Onefinestay.

Our stay at the reserved location was fabulous. The Flat was very well located and equiped with everything. Excelent for a family of 4. The host was kind enough to leave some food, coffe and tea. Highly recomended location, host and service from Onefinestay.

Excellent Customer Service! The home was very nice, although it could have used a walk through, as some of the light bulbs were not working, otherwise we loved the location and One Fine Stay was great!

Onefinestay impressed from the outset with their responsiveness to enquiries and their level of information and service. The property was exceptionally well presented, and we appreciated being met onsite to go through all the amenities. We booked with Onefinestay after being let down at the last minute by another big-name accommodation provider for a stay that had already been confirmed. It turned out to be a cloud with a silver lining - Onefinestay were on the ball from the outset which was incredibly reassuring given the stress of having lost other accommodation only days out from our trip. We will only book through Onefinestay next time.

Perfect location. This is a quieter area only 10 min walk across the river from city centre. The view across Piazza Pitti to the Palace is also very special.
The apartment is beautifully appointed, light filled, very comfortable and secure.

Very shortly to our stay our Villa was canceled due to operational & dangerous circumstances…. The way OFS organized an alternative Villa was very well taken care off. However it was not as comfortable as our first choice Villa, we had a wonderful stay. & Local agent + entire organization was absolutely gorgeous.

You can certainly trust OFS. This really makes the difference.

We had a wonderful stay in Marylebone, it was lovely to be greeted on arrival by OneFineStay staff. The place was as described online, was clean and located in a quiet street close to the High Street.
We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had booked an apartment in Sloane Gardens, 2 weeks before our arrival we were informed that there would be " some construction " when I asked for specifics, it took another week for them to reply, by which time we were on our way and only 1 week away from our 9 day stay in London, which had been prepaid! they said that the construction would be extensive, and prohibit a stay in the apartment, then we had to find a new apartment with 1 weeks notice, in that area, needless to say impossible, so we ended up taking a 1 bedroom apartment in knightsbridge, for the days, just to have a place to stay, OFS just refunded what we had paid and washed their hands of any further responsability, worst customer service EVER, and needless to say, I am suing them for ruing our vacation
