From check in to check out, the service was top notch. The house exceeded our expectations! For an extended family of nine this house allowed us to be together as much as we wanted, and the space to retreat to our own bedrooms. The location was perfect for all our needs. I would highly recommend booking this house for your London visit.

Everything about the onefinestay experience is excellent. We have used them on a number of occasions in Paris and in each case, we have been really impressed. Locations have been excellent, and descriptions of the properties given on the website are accurate and full. The amenities (linen, toiletries, starter kits of coffee, tea, milk & snacks) provided by the Paris team a are high-quality, but also imaginative, so that if you are late arriving, you won’t starve until breakfast. Arrangements for access and picking up/leaving keys are very efficient and flexible. A greeter shows you round the property, so that you can ask any questions that you might have about the facilities. But perhaps the greatest compliment that I can pay to the wonderful Yosra and all her colleagues in the Paris team is to record how marvellously they coped when things went wrong. We had booked a flat that at the last moment was unavailable because the owner unexpectedly sold up. Alternatives were immediately suggested and we were offered a larger, equally well situated flat for the price of the original one. But when we arrived, there were problems that the company couldn’t possibly have foreseen. One bedroom had no functioning lighting and the blind didn’t work. Light bulbs were missing in other rooms, and all electric points in one bedroom had been obstructed by musical instruments, loudspeakers and furniture. And the dishwasher was broken. In other words, the owners of the flat hadn’t honoured their side of the deal. The Paris team responded immediately and couldn’t have done more to try to fix things - bringing in extra lighting and equipment, and twice calling out engineers (who came within hours). Nothing was too much trouble. And when the dishwasher couldn’t be repaired, they sent a taxi to take us to the Eurostar terminal when we were leaving - such an imaginative good will gesture. We had an absolutely lovely stay, but only thanks to the Paris team.
Any company has to deal with things that go wrong and none of the problems we encountered could have been blamed on the onefinestay teams. The service was superb and we couldn’t be more grateful or admiring. Onefinestay is not cheap, but it is hugely good value for money. And we shall certainly be booking with them again.

I want to take a moment to share how amazing our experience with One Fine Stay (May 14-22) was! From the very beginning - when making the reservation - to the very end - checking out of the apartment - everything was wonderful. Everyone (Laura, Joshua, Yosra and Martha) at One Fine Stay is incredible. We had an unexpected situation where our apartment keys were accidentally left in a car that traveled four hours away. One Fine Stay couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. They made it easy for us to overnight the keys to their office, and handled it all with such professionalism and kindness. Thank you to the entire team at One Fine Stay for your friendliness, your outstanding service, and for the lovely apartment. We look forward to returning soon in the future.

We have rented homes/villas/castles/apartments in 13 different countries. The One Fine Stay experience was top of the line. Every detail attended to, constant communication, villa services offered and delivered top notch. Could not be more pleased with the customer services, expertise and the lovely Villa One Fine Stay provided in lovely Lake Como area.

We loved having a greeter meet us and help us feel welcome upon arrival. The spacious layout of the home was perfect for relaxing, and the location was truly as good as it gets—central, convenient, and charming. A few thoughtful treats were waiting for us, which made settling in even easier. Communication with One Fine Stay was excellent throughout. We would happily book again!

I rarely do reviews but do want to do this for Middleton Place. We stayed 6 nights with our daughter, son in law and two grandsons ages 9 and 5. It could not have been better. Great great place, great location. The flat is very nicely appointed, easily accommodates family. I had not stayed in Marlyebone before and highly recommend. Seven minutes walk to Oxford Circus Underground, lots of restaurants and also close to SoHo. OneFineStay seamless, everyone organized. Great great.

Our family loved this flat and were sad to leave. It's easily the most fashionable place we've stayed with the most stylish decor and features, from an amazingly modern kitchen, wonderful art and spaces and great showers. It's a great, cozy location near the best restaurants and shopping in Marleybone. Highly recommended.

I recently rented an apartment in Paris for a week with OneFine Stay and was impressed by the emails I exchanged with them during the initial inquiry process. Everyone I spoke with was lovely and helpful. They responded promptly and addressed all my questions and concerns. Once I arrived at the apartment rental, the apartment itself surpassed my expectations. Spacious and comfortable, in a great neighborhood, I enjoyed every minute of my time there. It was comforting to know that if there were issues, there was a local person with whom I could consult and someone always available should I need it. Overall, I would highly recommend OneFineStay, and I look forward to booking with them again soon.

One Fine Stay was a phenomenal service that we will definitely use again! Beautiful homes in the portfolio with fabulous customer service. Everything was as it was listed and better!

The house is perfectly appointed, with lots of nice details and tasteful decor. It feels spacious and was perfect for my family. It is in a prime location in Knightsbridge but very quiet given the closed mews location. OFS service was prompt and high-touch throughout. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our experience. The staff was attentive. Check in was easy. Groceries were delivered and arranged pick up from airport was easy. Absolutely loved our flat. It was just as described online.

The apartment in Paris was perfectly located and matched the photos exactly. The apartment was quite comfortable for our four night stay (2 adults, 2 kids). But the real winner is the team with One Fine Stay. They made and changed dinner reservations (delayed train!). They booked guides, car transfers, made recos. They were immediately responsive and incredibly helpful. Our trip was SO much better because of the One Fine Stay team.

I dealt with Jack from One Fine Stay for my Villa booking in Ibiza, although I ended up not proceeding with the booking for personal reasons, I was incredibly pleased and satisfied with my experience working with Jack. He was highly responsive, attentive, and competent. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and diligently put care into providing me with numerous options. I would gladly work with him in the future and book villas through him. I fully endorse working with him

We loved the location and quality of the Winchester property we booked. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. The lights went out in one of the bathrooms and they sent someone to fix the problem right away (it was a tripped breaker)

A couple of suggestions to make our stay even better (and to better help One Fine Stay make this an even better experience):
1. Blankets
2. More detailed instructions for using the microwave and oven. As Americans, we aren't used to using those kinds of appliances and we had no idea what some of the knobs meant. (Perhaps a YouTube video would be a good way to help explain it)
3. Information on nearby grocery stores or recommended restaurants in the area.

Again, we enjoyed our place and would definitely use One Fine Stay again - they were professional and helpful and we loved our place.

The apartment was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Onefinestay arranged to let us drop off suitcases before we could take occupancy and also was available for support throughout our stay. Plus we really liked the housekeeping that was done during the middle of our stay and streamlined departure procedures.

Great little place to stay on a quiet mews--a real working mews no less--that is convenient to the train station and the tube making it easy to move about the city. Apartment was very well appointed and perfect for two people or two couples. OneFineStay is upfront about the stables on the street, so if that bothers you, find another place. I found it wonderful, however.
