£100 charge for 3 minutes while dropping off the kids. The letter reached me more than 14 days after the alledged incident but none of this matters to One Parking Solution.

SCAMMING SCUMBAGS

How are they still allowed to operate and charge the fines that they do?

Aren't they meant to be capped at £50? As per a government cap?

One Parking Solution should be closed down

Battled to get on there app, even had the wife try from home. Never left the machine. Finally connected and paid. There CCTV would show that. Paid even more then my allotted time. Received a fine two weeks later. I contested it and was told I didn't pay within the allotted time. Received harassing letters every week. I'm now waiting for the court case. I've also contacted POPLA. I'll update once I've received a reply and where I stand.

Absolute scam how are they still trading?

unbelievable! I just received a debt collection notice for a parking charge from 6 weeks ago. I used the car park. Paid for a ticket. Returned before the ticket expired. I am being forced to pay £170 so i called the debt collectors. Explained i was given no opportunity to appeal and they said "not my problem - shall i set up installments". Absolutely incredible they are able to still trade. The photo evidence is me driving and you cant read the date or time as it is fuzzy. So it is not actually evidence. Feel stressed to pay the money but i know its a scam.

Thieves

Thieves. If it takes you more than 10 mins to download the app and cope with the confusing machine you get a 100 quid fine even if you have paid for parking. Disgusting.

Fight these scumbags all the way.

Fight this company all the way. Served me court papers and a date, I then produced my evidence…

Case dropped…

They will hound you for months, transfer you to their solicitors…. Play the game.

A load of sharks

A load of sharks. My son has been an IT consultant for over 20 years and is well able to download apps. If there is a weak signal it’s not his fault. Took 12 mins to download and buy a ticket. NO mercy shown. He is too busy to appeal so paid it and just hopes he NEVER comes up against them again. What a racket.

Very poor communications

I parked with a disabled card and thought I didn't have to pay - No bovious warning signs- my mistake - I appealed the £100 fine - rejected but they didn't contact me. Next step debt collectors £170 fine. The worst thing about the company is there is no way to contact them to have a civilised discussion by email or phone

Scumbags

Scumbags, rip off pirates, avoid them at whatever cost. They are predatory. My experience was in Brighton near the Preston circus underground. The machine did not work. £170 for being one minute over the grace period, due to neither their machine and their website working in order to buy a ticket. I loathe them. Customer services are smug, arrogant, rude and dismissive. Scum. I will always, always check who owns a car park in future just from dealing with these parasites. Avoid.

Treating public unfairly.

This company needs to be taken to court, I paid my parking charge after trying to get onto there app. Even phoned the wife to help. Finally got on, even paid more than my required time needed. Received a fine in the post saying I took longer than the prescribed 10min to log in. If they took the time to look at the CCTV they would have seen that I battled, not only me. Let me know if there's others. I'm refusing to pay and will see them in court.

Scum bag company

Scum bag company. I pay for a parking permit and they still issue fines like complete neanderthals. I send evidence that I pay for the parking but still refused. Good luck getting the money

Unbelievable - Do Their Contractors Hide to Catch Unsuspecting People!

Parked on a road directly adjacent to a Skoda Service and Show Room in Peasmarsh. This is a public road according to the local council, which I telephoned, and according to Google maps also. It was an emergency situation as our dogs were trapped in my husband's car and he could not get the boot open. He had driven directly to the service area to try and get them released. I also have a blue badge which I clearly displayed. On returning to my car fifteen minutes later I had been issued a parking ticket on the basis that it was a private road! Whoever their parking attendant was must have been hiding in bushes after the unwary and started counting down immediately I exited my car. He/she would also have seen quite clearly that I was disabled and struggling. A little compassion would have gone a long way. After having read all the (awful) reviews of this company and the problems people have had trying to appeal their tickets I just paid as I could not face weeks of aggravation and stress without any certainty of the outcome being either fair or likely to yield a reasonable solution.

This Company is a complete con

This Company is a complete con
They issued a ticket on the new Estate where l am currently renting a flat saying you require E-permit to park here. I have tried on numerous occasions to get one. The managing agents don't know anything about E-permits. The Company signage is useless and doesn't say how you get a permit. I appealed saying this and was told my appeal was rejected.
