Just returned from a week in Les Deux Alpes. Having previously had a bad experience with ESF for our kids we wanted a good value ski school we could trust. We got a phone call very quickly after our enquiry and it's good to have someone to talk things through with. The ski school Ongosa found us was excellent, the kids had a great week and it made for a better holiday. It cost us no more than if we'd booked direct but we definitely benefitted from the fact Ongosa had checked it out first. Everything was exactly as described including the fact they moved my daughter up a level so she wasn't stuck in the kinder garten area all week. A no brainer to use again.

I just came back from my surf lesson I booked with Ongosa in Zarautz, Spain. I can only say the service is excellent! I don’t speak Spanish and it would be very difficult for me to find this class by myself, but Ongosa took care of everything, they got in touch with me via e-mail and in a very nice and professional way kept me up to date with my request. Once they found a class that suited my requirements, they sent me the email with secure payment process, very fast, very straight forward and they even took the time to call me personally and als if everything was clear. I had the pleasure to be taken care off by Megan, a very nice and helpful person. Once arrived in Spain, everything was in the system, everything booked an paid as foreseen. I was very surprised by the price as for all that service, Ongosa only asks 2,50 more then the price of the class. The class was great and I really got exactly what I asked for a very good price/quality ratio. All in all, I’m one very satisfied client and thank you Ongosa for giving me the opportunity to practice my favourite hobby with no hassle!!

1time all perfect and I rated it with 5 stars second time they called me back on a sunday and I was suprised that they are even working on sundays!! But then I never heard of her again. No communication at all no Mail no Call no Message at all.. sucks

I gave a better rating since I can accept your answer. But indeed you could at least write like we couldn‘t find something in time so I can organize something by myself.. but nothing at all is pretty unfair to me aswell cause I wasted another day saying ongosa will get back to me with an offer for the remain time.. And then I realized you wont write me again.

Great service...friendly, personal and expert.
These guys found me a great guided adventure in the Pyrenees for me and my family this summer...all without me having to trawl websites or try my (bad) French or (even worse) Spanish.

What a cool service! I put in a request for info on Ongosa and was emailed back quickly by Megan. She asked some more questions and within a day or two came back with suggestions for places to surf on the French coast. Not only that, but she was clearly familiar with the area, offering suggestions for other things to do locally too. It was super easy, one less thing I had to organise - like a mini, adventure specific travel agent. Thanks Megan, and Ongosa - I only wish this service was available for the other things I need on my holiday!

Dylan from Ongosa really went out of his way to get us the lessons we wanted, where we wanted them and when we wanted them. All done at no more that it would have cost to book them directly our ourselves.
I really don't think the service could be any better, I would highly recommend them.
Payment was every easy through there system and communication was quick, accurate and honest. There was no pushy up sell for more hours either. Great work. Thank you,

As a newcomer to skiing trips, Ongosa made finding a ski school easy. The enquiry/booking system was easy to use and Dylan was very helpful in talking through the various options and working out was best for my groups size / abilities. Would definitely recommend!

Last minute ski trip, so last minute bookings for private lessons. Tried a couple of people from my own Google search and memory of past Flaine trips but they were all booked up and had been for months, as it's school hols.

Filled in the form on their website in the morning and by mid afternoon they'd found someone.....all now booked and paid for within the day!
