We have not been on our break yet, so hoping everything is booked ok, if not I,ll be back on here with a negative review, but up to now, I have to say, onhotels have the best prices I could find, simple to book and great service.
If all goes ok, I will definitely use again and will recommend.

I booked a Disney hotel 1 week ago. No one has yet to be able to give me the Disney conformation #! Disney has no record of my reservation! !!!! Disney sells out and there are NO other available rooms the weekend we are going. 1 star for the ease of the website. Other than that NOT HAPPY!!!

The price is very attractive for the hotel we chose. However, we find that there are only few currency used on the web.

Easy website to navigate so booked my stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas with ease. On Hotels also had the cheapest rate for this hotel and I compared against a lot of other sites.

One of the easiest bookings I have made, no problems at all and easy to understand,would recommend to anyone.

The site was great. The price given for the hotel was less than anywhere else I'd found. The only issue I had was my credit card was declined the first time I tried to book. So I had to call my credit card company and instruct them to allow the booking. Otherwise no issues.

After looking at several web sites, I went to "hotels combined" they directed me to "on hotels." This site gave me the best price for my weeks stay in Croatia with 4 adults and 2 children

Went on other hotel compare Web sites but none were as cheap as this one

On the night of New Year's Day my adult son and I checked into the Bali Kuta Resort and Convention Centre. We chose this hotel on line. It had some mixed reviews but had a 4 star rating on most sights and a 31/2 stay rating on one site we found. We know Bali but we did not know this hotel and thought that the change would be fun. However, when we arrived we did not get the room we had booked with twin beds. They said that they had no other room so I had the double bed and my son had the dirty couch after much trouble getting 1 sheet. Anyway, things became obviously worse the next day with dirty pool, no bars open, mould on curtains and bathroom, phones not working etc etc. We sent onhotels an email and they were so very helpful from the very start. We can't thank them enough for their assistance. Their professionalism and prompt service allowed us to move out of this hotel and find accommodation elsewhere with a refund for our remaining days. I fully recommend dealing with Onhotels. Thank you to all the staff who assisted us. We ended up having a great holiday. James and Jenny Crocker

Very good for me

We were looking for accommodation options for a trip to Las Vegas and Arizona the site provided just what we were looking for. The online system was simple and efficient.

Got a deal that I still think is too good to be true but will have to wait until late July to see if it is.

We got this hotel at a very reasonable price. Classic styled chambers, a little sad, but wel mantained. Good size, lots of space to put your luggage. Confortable leader sofa. Very pleasant treatment by the staff. To hot in the chamber and no possibility to lower the temperature. We had to open the windows (it was in wintertime). Parking in front and metro nearby. Very good location by all means. Ask for a room with French balcony (bigger windows, more light).
