Product and service great but parcel left on doorstep where it could easily have been stolen. I didn’t get a delivery slot to tell me when it was being delivered so delivery company a bit of a shambles in my view.

Frustrating ordeal
Would be nice if there was more interaction between Online golf and American golf. Shoes purchased from Online golf were too small would have been easy to change at my local American golf but no way was this possible. Would have saved me the postage and the time and inconvenience of 2 lots of returns.

Ignoring emails
Delivery of items was quick. However I have sent back a couple of items for credit back to a gift voucher. Signed for on the 10th. When I queried, I was told items not recieved and to send proof (20th Oct)...once I sent the proof of delivery and signature from Royal Mail tracking they have ignored my emails. Terrible service. I have zero confidence this will get resolved.
