Fedex delivery appalling
The lights are fine, but Fedex was terrible. The website was not working and I couldn’t access the area where delivery Instructions could be entered. No notification of what address the items had been delivered to. Absolutely unacceptable

Bought a pair of inexpensive up-down outside lights and the quality is excellent, so don't let the prices fool you. Delivery was NEXT DAY, having placed an order the previous evening at about 7.00pm.

Broken Glass Shade
The service from Onlinelighting was excellent. Our order arrived promptly. Unfortunately, when we opened the parcel the glass shade of the lamp we ordered was broken. I contacted Onlinelighting straight away. There was no quibble and a replacement arrived the following day. Thank you Jayne.

My experience with online lighting was…
My experience with online lighting was good.
My item was dispatched and delivered quickly.
My reason for dropping 2 stars is because to my knowledge I didn’t put Gutter hooks in my basket and certainly didn’t notice that they were there when I paid.
I did not need them as the lights were for my stairway, so they are totally wasted, not good.
