The light was delivered very quickly (next day) and was well packaged. The light itself is absolutely brilliant, I would give 10 stars for this if I could. It's a battery operated small picture light with remote control and is now installed nicely in my man shed, it looks great and appears to be an "electric" light the effect is so good. Anyone considering one of these, I would say go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Had our twin security spot light fitted today. All appears to be working well and gives a good light when the PIR is activated.
Hopefully it will continue to perform very well for a long time.

Great price on the Dar flush ceiling light I bought. Exceeded their own delivery time expectations and the item was very well packaged, over and above the manufacturers packaging. It is also nice when a Supplier uses a good delivery partner - I had regular updates on the shipping status and it arrived at the time they advised, all of which makes for an excellent service experience. I asked a question about whether an LED mini globe would fit a lamp advertised as accepting filament bulbs, bearing in mind that the LED ones can be wider at the 'waist'. I received a prompt positive reply and subsequently bought the lamp.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Also it looks like Online Lighting and Lighting Direct are the same companies. I ordered a light which arrived faulty and I am trying to send it back but can't get through to anyone - I am not paying to return a faulty product! I ordered two further lights on the 4th Dec and it said if I ordered in X hours delivery would be next day - it's not the 9th and I haven't received my order and no one is answering the phone or emails. I have been trying to make contact for over two weeks. Summary is that I have one faulty light I need to return and get a refund for and two lights haven't arrived and I can't get hold of anyone - dreadful service.

Ordering was simple. Packaged perfectly. Light is as described, maybe a little less sturdy than I had expected, it looks great on the wall but the slightest touch and it needs another turn on the screw head to secure. It will be fine I'm sure.

I recently purchased from Online Lighting and overall, I'm quite pleased with the experience. The service was excellent, and the delivery was impressively fast. The item arrived well-packaged to prevent damage, and the quality of the product was great, meeting my expectations in terms of aesthetics. There were a few minor issues, such as bulbs being a bit tricky to fit and a lack of screw fittings, but these didn't significantly affect my satisfaction. Despite a minor discrepancy in product specifications for another customer, I'd still recommend Onlinelighting for their efficiency and value. Four stars!
