Perfect summer jumper
Saw the jumper on another site. Out of stock. Found the item on yours. Price was less, ordered it, advised every step of the way when I would receive it. Lovely item of clothing, fantastic price and great quality.

Quick delivery and item was exactly what I wanted. Previously owned the orange version which I loved and continues to be used. Lost weight so wanted a smaller size in a different colour (blue).

Poor communication & lacking in their legal obligations
Poor communication on delivery. Took 3 days to arrive in a 24 hour delivery window. Had to return within UK 14 day legal cooling off period, which is not well documented on their site; instead it advertises a '100 day return window'.
Have no legal obligation to state my reason for the return within this window but could not move forward without doing so. Will never use this website again. Thankfully I did not pay direct, used credit in case of issues.

Sizes do not match
Ordered one dark blue one light blue jeans same model. They were supposed to be equal to what we already has W25 L30. The delivered dark blue has a waist maybe of w22 or w23. Length ok. The light blue has a waist almost right but length 28 max. So now I have to send back at 3 euro cost. Conclusion: products unreliable for online shopping

I'm pleased with the garments I bought…
I'm pleased with the garments I bought - casual trousers and a blouse. However, I always end up having to shorten full length trousers as I'm 5ft 5" and they are always too long. It would be great if there were a choice of lengths (short, medium, long) on all trousers.
