Morocco 8 day imperial city INTERESTING FUN HIGH VALUE FOR MONEY
Morocco 8 day imperial city was best tour. High value for money. Accommodations were excellent. Riad in chefchoun was like a 5 star museum with 30ft high cieling moroccan tiles and art work. Break fasts were large. Driver was professional felt safe always. Tour guide Jaoaud a university graduate was very knowledgeable courteous and looked after us from day before arrival to departure. Tour group of 8 people were really fun. Best to see Morocco with a tour group. Never felt rushed, there was stops for lunch coffee or washrooms as needed. The scenery and cities visited was a once in life time experience. Used ON THE GO TOURS

Absolute joke of a tour company - steer clear
Absolute joke of a tour company. I am booked on the Peru tour and since making the booking months ago, I have had nothing but hassles. Initially their sales rep confirmed via email the tour was guaranteed so I booked my flights, only to be told 2 days later that it wasn’t confirmed as there were no other people booked on yet and to hold off on booking. By then it was too late - they wouldn’t even acknowledge a mistake had been made.
I then had to check back with them 4-5 months in a row to confirm whether the tour was not guaranteed. They always promised to let me know when it was guaranteed but lo and behold when I sent my usually monthly email in December I was finally told the tour was guaranteed. I find it unlikely they would have informed me if I had not taken it upon myself to check in with them every month.
Final straw was when they added an extra hotel night onto my booking in the portal (which to me indicated they had booked this) then said full payment was due. After a week of back and forth saying they hadn’t received my money, they have now come back to say the price of the extra night has now gone up and demanded an extra £32 as the price has now gone up! Outrageous. I have demanded my money back for the extra night they added onto my invoice.
I will never, even go with this company again. High stress even months before the tour starts!

We loved the Magical Morocco tour
We loved the Magical Morocco tour. Aziz our guide was very knowledgeable and he did a great job guiding us. Muphasa our driver was wonderful too. Would recommend this trip as a great way to delve into Morocco and understand the culture and see a lot of the varying sites.

As a female traveler on her own
As a female traveler on her own, I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Professional, reliable, and efficient. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, communication was clear and prompt, and every aspect of the tour ran smoothly. The guides Yousuf 10+ and Hussan (Driver) were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and informed. I would confidently recommend this tour operator to anyone seeking a memorable and stress-free travel experience.

I will never recommend this company
I will never recommend this company. I did the 10 tour of Turkey over Christmas. If you get a bad feeling from before booking, trust your gut people. I booked with On the go, then they contracted an agency, EuropaMundo, which then contracted a local company called Travel Express. All this means left hand isn't talking to the right hand. Also, in my 10 days, I had 3 different tour groups versus most companies you are with one group the whole time. Even before the trip, you can't call the company, just email. Then when asking questions, it would take two weeks to get back to me as they had to contact the other company on the ground. It was a mess....the website showed about 15 cities to see but sometimes we would get there at night, leave in the morning and not see the city. Beyond disappointed. I've been on a Gate 1 tour before and they are truly a well-organized tour company. I would NOT recommend this company.

On the Go Tours lacking customer service...
I booked a tour in the Philippines with On The Go Tours and, honestly, I cannot give them a positive review. I’m not someone who typically writes negative reviews—everyone can have an off day. However, in this case, the company consistently failed to meet even basic customer service expectations and did very little to justify the commission they likely charged local tour operators for acting as an agent. Communication from their team was nearly non-existent and often incomplete.
I booked two back-to-back Philippine tours as a solo traveler, which immediately became the first challenge they seemed unable to handle. Pricing changes were misquoted and inaccurate until just a few days before my departure. While they did attempt to make amends by reducing the overall cost by 20%, the situation ultimately forced me to cancel the second tour due to the high cost of traveling solo.
They provided little to no response to questions I asked regarding itineraries, plans, and included services, repeatedly stating that the local tour provider in the Philippines would handle those details. This is where the communication breakdown became most severe. Having spent most of my career in customer service, I firmly believe that an agent is responsible for clear, accurate, and timely communication. That is the bare minimum required to earn a share of commission—and On The Go Tours fell well short of that standard.
After discussing these issues directly with the local tour operators, they explained that they rely on On The Go Tours to properly inform and prepare guests before any handoff to on-site guides. On The Go Tours should have provided itineraries, schedules, tickets, and vouchers prior to departure. This did not happen. In fact, I did not receive a ticket for the air-travel portion of the tour until after I had already arrived at the airport to depart.
Once the tour itself began, it became clear that the local providers did everything possible to deliver an excellent experience. Every guide was outstanding, every tour was beautiful and well executed, and each hotel exceeded my expectations for local accommodations. A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to Annset Holiday, Inc.—they were exceptional in every way. They answered all my questions, communicated promptly, and arranged truly excellent tours and guides.
If you’re planning a trip to the Philippines, I highly recommend booking directly with Annset Holiday, Inc.
As for On The Go Tours, I would strongly advise against using them for a Philippine trip. Their customer service simply does not measure up—even to a very low bar.

Green Uganda
I liked this tour a lot. Uganda is very different to his neighbouring countries. Everything is green and of course watching the gorillas is something you will never forget. I liked that we could do a daytrip to Ruanda, too.
Keep in mind that the days and drives are very long, but the crew and delicious food makes you forget those.

Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand
I just returned from a 16 day adventure to Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand with On The Go Tours. Our trip was well planned, with exciting itineraries and excellent accommodations and restaurants. I believe the main reason their tours have been so enjoyable (this is my second one) is because of the local guides that are selected to lead the tours. My trip had 4 guides in 3 different countries. Each of them were very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable of their country and community, well organized and most of all, fun to be with. Added bonus, they always knew where to take the best photos to capture your memories.

Wonderful Vietnam
We had a most wonderful trip to Vietnam thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Thinh Sy. Sy made the trip fun with his humor and easy going style. Sy was very familiar with the places that we visited and gave us detailed information. He quickly answered any questions we had. Sy was able to suggest restaurants and activities that were not on the itinerary. He got us from one place to another through his careful organization and planning. He did not hesitate to above and beyond. We continued on our tour with Sy, after most of the others had ended their trip. Sy rode almost 4 hours with us to the Cambodian border. He made the crossing quick and seamless. We wished that Sy could have continued through the other countries with us. Sy certainly enhanced our Vietnam experience. We highly recommend his expertise!

I had a fantastic trip through Vietnam…
I had a fantastic trip through Vietnam with On The Go. I was a solo traveler and met some great people on our the tour. The mix of city tours and scenic spots was great. A huge shoutout to our guide, Hong who helped us navigate local life and shared incredible insights. Hoi An was magical and the Vespa Tour was so much fun! The Cu Chi Tunnels and the overnight junk boat in Halong Bay were also highlights. The pace was fast, but we saw so much in a short time. Would definitely travel with them again!"

What an absolute con job.
What an absolute con job.
I booked a tour with them and within 7 days I canceled the booking due to a surgery being scheduled that I have been waiting 18 months for.
I paid for package upfront and in full, over £1800. I asked it to be canceled and refunded because I dont know if I woukd recover in time. The surgery is in such a place that I can not walk or hike.
On the go tours, is trying to keep £300 of the money as a cancellation fee. It took them over 20 days to refund me some of the money as it has not been paid back in full.
Despite thier "terms and conditions" contradicting many areas of the EU consumer act, customer retails act and an number of other consumer laws.
I request to speak to a director and its going of 30 days with no response.
I would like to know anyone else that has receive such horrible service from the before, on or after thier experience with OnTheGoTours. I am gathering names and accounts in order to prosue my only legal action against the directors themselves
------------------------------------
I have recieved your response and still find this unacceptable.
Under EU law, passengers have strong rights to refunds for cancelled travel, typically within 7 to 14 days, with the right to refuse vouchers.
Key regulations include EU 261/2004 for air travel and the Package Travel Directive for bundled trips, ensuring cash reimbursement or re-routing options when services are cancelled or significantly delayed.
Key EU Travel Refund Regulations:
Air Passenger Rights (Regulation 261/2004): If a flight is cancelled or delayed (over 5 hours), passengers can choose between full reimbursement within 7 days or re-routing to their destination.
Package Travel Directive (PTD): If a package holiday is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (like health crises), travelers have the right to a full refund within 14 days, often via insolvency protection schemes.
Rail, Bus, and Coach Regulations: Passengers are entitled to re-routing or a refund within 14 days for significant delays or cancellations.
Vouchers vs. Cash: Passengers are not obligated to accept vouchers and can insist on a cash refund.
As my reason for canceling was unavoidable health cicumstances and since you have doubled down on your responce and terms on conditions.
I shall let those who govern your industry and the relavent governing agencies in the countries you opperate in, know of this interaction and that you are trying to impose terms and conditions that you think makes you above all local and governing laws.

Road to Cassablanca Tour
From the moment my wife and I were picked up at the airport until we were dropped off 9 days later, we were in Aziz's expert care. He was a fountain of knowledge about every single location we visited and made sure that the tour was on schedule and that everyone was engaged and involved with the facinating experiences on offer.
The program itself was jam packed, it showed us all the jewels of Morocco, on one day we went from riding Camels in the Sahara to visiting a snow capped town - Little Switzerland - deep in the Atlas Mountains witnessing sledding and an impromptu snowball fight.
There was a great mix of historic sites from the Roman settlers in the North to the Medieval Medina's of Fez and Marrakesh, to the hassan the 2nd Mosque in Cassablanca, which was a particular highlight of mine.
Every site had its own local guide who could enliven the visits and provide details of the attractions that just couldnt be found in the guide books.
We also took a wonderful cooking class with Fatima in Fez, it was a fabulous evening and she was very hospitable and knowledgeable and all the food in Morocco is both delicious and inexpensive.
This is the first Tour we have been on with On the Go Tours but based on our experience it wont be our last, we cant recommend this company highly enough. If you have the good fortune to have Aziz as your guide, you're in for an amazing experience.

We had a great experience with On the…
We had a great experience with On the Go Tours. They were very accessible when booking and leading up to our trip. The Road to Casablanca plus Chefchoen was fantastic. We were a group of 13 plus our guide Aziz and driver Ziad. Aziz took great care of us and kept us organized without ever feeling rushed. He always kept us updated with our itinerary, arranged for quick stops when purchases were requested - best oranges ever, bought us fresh dates to share on the bus and perfectly scheduled regular toilet and coffee breaks. He kept track of us all and made us feel safe and cared for. Ziad was an amazing driver. He managed detours effortlessly, drove us through a snowstorm, even stopping so our Australian passengers could experience a snowball fight. He managed door to door service and kept track of all our luggage. We have travelled a lot, but this was our first organized tour. Aziz, Ziad and the people on the tour (21 to 79 years old) made this a tour that set the bar. Given this experience we will definitely travel with On the Go again and highly recommend the Moroccan tour and specifically Aziz and Ziad.

A Memorable Moroccan adventure
A memorable trip from start to finish, the organisation from booking right up to transfer to the airport on the last day was very well managed.
Our group of 13 was a good mix of ages and nationalities and were a really friendly bunch, which enhanced our experiences.
Our guide, Aziz, was wonderful - always a step ahead so we were both prepared and well briefed for each days activities.
The visits and activities were varied and gave us a great introduction to Moroccan life, culture, food and architecture. Aziz was spot on with historical background and full of interesting facts, especially Islamic traditions.
Due to unseasonal weather, Aziz had to make a couple of changes to our itinerary, but this did not detract from the trip.
Our very competent driver, Said, was a real stalwart, coping with very challenging conditions, long days, but still smiling.
I would thoroughly recommend the tour

On The Go Travel is a Ripoff!
This is regarding our upcoming trip to Cambodia. It's also 5 days prior to the trip and I still only have a general itinerary for the trip. I don't have a schedule yet with meeting times etc. I booked this in late October/early November 2025 for travel in February 2026. The tour was advertised as 6 days and 5 nights for a specific price. In December I was notified that going forward the tour would only be 5 days and the day 5 tours were removed. The National Museum on Day 3 was also removed and the online price was lowered by 348.00 USD per person, (my friend is also going on the trip.) However, we would not be getting a refund because the hotel room and breakfast on day 5 were still going to be available to us. The hotel in Ho Chi Min city is less than $100 per night for a double room and includes breakfast. That leaves almost $600.00 USD unaccounted for. I tried emailing with the agent and got a reply saying "this way you have more free time and can see these things at your own expense." Except I already paid for them! *The trip is scheduled to begin on 02-02-2026 but it will not let me add a future date to the review.

Totally excellent trip around Morocco in January 2026
We had a great time with Aziz , our tour guide and Zaid, the driver, exploring the imperial cities of Morocco, driving around the Atlas Mountains, trekking through the Sahara Desert on camels and exploring the Roman ruins at Volubilis. They were always attentive to everybody’s requests and needs and nothing was ever too much trouble…
I shall definitely be recommending ‘On The Go Tours ‘ to others & will also be happy to do future tours with this company.
Thank you very much Aziz & Zaid.

A Very Vietnam Tour
My family and I had an absolutely incredible experience on the Very Vietnam Tour, and a huge part of that was our guide, Sý. He was truly exceptional. As a Vietnamese local, his depth of knowledge about Vietnam’s history, culture, and lived experiences added so much meaning to the tour. He didn’t just share facts — he told stories in a way that was engaging, thoughtful, and easy to follow, making complex historical moments feel personal and real.
What stood out most was Sý’s passion and respect when explaining Vietnam’s past. You could tell he genuinely cared about educating us and sharing his country’s history with pride and honesty. He welcomed questions, encouraged conversation, and made sure my family and I felt comfortable and included throughout the entire experience.
Because of Sý, this tour gave our family a much deeper appreciation for Vietnam. We would highly recommend the Very Vietnam Tour to anyone visiting — it is informative, meaningful, and truly unforgettable. An outstanding experience from start to finish.
