I bought a brush cutter on the website, the Oogarden brand, it was announced that the shipment will be made within 3 days after purchase. A few days later an Appointment is taken for the delivery, then canceled by Oogarden on the day of delivery without further explanation when I spent half a day waiting for the package. Another appointment a week later is offered via a form which leaves the choice between accepting the date of the appointment or refusing it. I accept this appointment, and they canceled again the following week and another date is proposed via the same system. Can't get them on the phone, and they don't respond to emails. moreover, to send them a message, you can only ask certain specific questions (via a multiple choice style form),
Finally, a brush cutter arrived after a few weeks, with the part that links the handle support (handlebars) to the tube (with transmission box) cracked, I tried to start the machine, impossible. I sent an email, no response, and a second, still no response, then another .. Finally I resolved to open to see inside, the choke was defective, it is of two pieces in poor quality plastic, the first is a kind of switch (plastic) connected to another (plastic) which opens and closes the air inlet. really disastrous, the parts remind me of the toys found in Kinder surprise. It costs 104 € (plus transport), cheap but does not work and you should not expect any support. So when I read people on their site who say this is really good quality material, I can't help but think that maybe they are being paid to say it ... at least for me, a deep feeling of having been conned… never again Oogarden.

ordered a garden room. supposed to take 15 days delivery, 6 weeks later nothing, then they say they have reimboursed me . the garden room was approx 1300 euros ive recieved 28 euros, can not get to speak to customer support they just leave you paying a fortune for the call, have e mailed 15 time , nothing, would not use this company again if my life depended on it

Terrible experience. I bought a wooden cabin house for my son for a birthday present, I ordered it well in advance and paid the extra 19.95€ for the transport guarantee on top of the €38 delivery charge. My package still hasn't arrived and when I called them they told me to call the delivery service because it seems that they have one package missing out of the two. When I called the delivery service they didn't give me any useful information telling me to call oogarden back. When I did call back the telephone number which by the way Costs 20 centimes per minute on top on rate call which I find scandalous because they dont answer straight away so you spend money just sitting and waiting. When I got back through to oogarden they told me that the packages were picked up yesterday from their depot and I have to wait. I explained that the other colleague gave me contradictory information and told me a package was missing...they seemed lost and kept putting me on hold costing me even more money. In the end they said they will send an email to the delivery service and they will contact me when and if the package is ready....not taking into account that the website said 3 days delivery for the item and its been over a week. My son birthday is tomorrow and I have no present. She didnt apologise or offer to refund the extra 19.95€ I paid for peace of mind on top of €38 delivery charge. She said she cannot call me.because oogarden doesnt call customers, I asked if I could call back but she did it's no point as she doesn't know when she will have a reply from delivery service. I don't know when the package will arrive , no updates since yesterday, no apologies, no care, oogarden...NO GOOD! I'm never buying anything from them again.

This company is the best in NOT ANSWERING any email (15 emails sent without any reaction).
I just wanted to return the order because it did not fulfil my needs. Now, three weeks later NO REACTION AT ALL. I will start with a chargeback at my Creditcard company.

L'expédition semble avoir pris beaucoup de temps et il semble qu'il y ait des problèmes avec la collecte et la livraison.La commande était le 30/10/20 et non retirée avant le 09/11/20.

Retraction possible mais en payant 81 € de frais de transport pour un objet acheté à 26€....

Absolutely useless, we have been waiting for delivery for 8 weeks now, they lied when they said it was with the courier, and still hasn’t arrived. Despite many emails now they have not replied to any of them, They do not answer the phone despite charging 80 cents a minute. you can see by the numerous bad reviews that they are not to be trusted. I would avoid these useless tw@ts like the plague. NOT F#CKING HAPPY
