One order, never will I make the same mistake again...
I bought a greenhouse (ref 0225-0063/P003) and this product not only was delivered with some damages, but the assembly plan was inexistent, the borders of the pieces was sharp as a knife (got 2 stiches) and nothing was fitting (I had to redrill some holes).
The most upsetting was that 3 months after finally got the greenhouse build, the screws were all rusted : there were not made to be outside ... for a greenhouse... I have wrote a review on the product and it never has been published nor I have had a feeedback from the website... I strongly suspect that the reviews are fakes or redacted and that this website is not honnest at all.
I will NEVER buy from them again.

We bought a tractor mower for our garden in April 2019 and it cost over 1300 euros. The first time we cut the grass it worked OK. The second time it broke down half-way through. We had to use the machine in reverse gear in order to finish the grass. It has not worked since. We contacted OOGarden but they have no interest and do not respond to emails or want to resolve the problem. It broke down after we had it 15 days and it has a 2 year guarantee. It will pobably run out before we get an answer! We are not going to pay to return the mower...as they want. Why should it cost us money? Instead our bank insurance arranged for 2 independent experts to inspect the machine and write a report. They concluded we should have a refund. However, OOgarden ignores the experts as well. This is appalling. It really is a terrible company and you risk losing a lot of money and having a lot of trouble. We are taking them to court. Avoid this problem and buy elsewhere from a good company with good reviews. (The good ones on here are probably not genuine ones IMO)

Do not do business with them!
Do not do any business with this company. I paid nearly 1400 Euros for a ride on mower in July 2019. After two weeks I tried to cut grass for the second time. Back firing, cutting deck would not lower and the gear lever did not function correctly. They ignored multiple e mails and recorded delivery letters. Eventually they said that they would take it to an expert and I would have to pay for this.I refused. They just ignored me. My legal insurance started to deal with them. Two experts came 6 weeks ago. Still no resolution despite the experts seeing the faults and the report was signed by me at the time. OOGarden have not attempted to contact me and put this right since the insurer became involved. It is now 19th January 2020. It has now been 6 months since the problems started. This company are terrible and I will take them to court if the matter is not resolved this month. Do not deal with this company at all!!! Do not spend any money with this company.
