I booked a flexible ticket and so far they've taken more than a regular flight if I was to pay separately for!! ITS A SCAM - book with more reputable providers if you want to protect your money and not get scammed - unprofessional customer service - couldn't even locate a booking that was within my booking after I flexibly changed one person and then they told me on the day of the flight they located it - within 2 HOURS of the flight - and offered to change it for me then took my money and said I was a no-show! I've been going back and forth with customer service on their responsibility and to give me my money back as I received NOTHING from OOJO - THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Not 5 stars because of the unnecessary follow-up phone calls after the purchase, regardless of the time of day. This behavior is completely unnecessary and something I already experienced during a previous transaction. All I need are the tickets.

I received a phone call from OOJO after booking, but the call disconnected. It was odd, but Email support responded right away and the ticket was issued fairly quickly, the following morning.

My experience with Oojo has been…
My experience with Oojo has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution others before booking through them.
I booked a Qatar Airways flight through Oojo. Just three days before my scheduled departure, Qatar Airways cancelled my flight. Shockingly, I received no notification from either Qatar Airways or Oojo about the cancellation. I only became aware of it myself, causing significant stress and disruption to my travel plans.
The most frustrating part has been the refund process. It has now been more than three months, and approximately CAD 1,900 of my money is still being withheld. Every time I contact Oojo, I receive the exact same generic response: they are “waiting for the airline to release the funds.” There has been no meaningful update, no clear timeline, and no indication that the matter is being actively resolved.
As a customer, I expected Oojo to advocate on my behalf and provide proactive communication. Instead, I have had to chase them repeatedly for updates, only to receive automated or copy-and-paste responses that do nothing to resolve the issue.
Holding a customer’s money for months after an airline-initiated cancellation is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, accountability, and urgency has made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
Because of the prolonged delay and lack of resolution, I am now pursuing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and transportation authorities and will consider legal action if my refund is not processed promptly.
Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend booking through Oojo. If you value timely customer service, clear communication, and confidence that your money will be returned if something goes wrong, I would advise booking directly with the airline or choosing a more reliable travel agency.
