Yeah tickets were cheap, but they scammed me out of nearly $500 for checked baggage then they never released those fund to the airline so we ended up spending just as much, if not more, at each airport.
I even called to ensure it wouldn't happen on our trip home because it happened on our way out to Europe. They assured me it wouldn't happen again, yet it did. I will NEVER use them again and urge you to just book with an airline instead. It might seem expensive up front, but at least you know you wont be surprised later.

Very disappointing experience. I ended up losing nearly $5,000 due to their practices. I felt pressured to purchase a protection plan, as they wouldn't issue the ticket otherwise. On top of that, the ticket price increased before issuance, and my money remained blocked with them during the process. This approach is highly concerning and unacceptable.

As Oojo responded below asking me for more details I am adding more details on their fraud and time wasting process (air tickets are always time critical)

I actually booked my tickets on June 15th paying full fee and full amount got deducted from my bank account and received a confirmation number form Oojo website but still no tickets issue and no response from them until June 22nd apart from above three emails.

And when I called them for an update on June 22nd ( after waiting on phone for 1 hour) they are saying flight prices got changed so they can’t issue the tickets. I am totally shocked. I tracked the prices and prices are same till June 19th but they did not issue tickets as they want me to take travel projection. And now they saying pay extra or they will refund the fee that I paid. 😕😕😕🤦🏻‍♂️ . Worst and black mailing service ever.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ONE CAN HAVE - I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED OOJO - THIS TIME I HAD TO CANCEL MY TICKET (WHICH WAS DONE WITHIN THE 24-HOUR TIME LIMIT) - BUT THEREAFTER THEY HAVE FAILED TO REFUND ME MY AMOUNT INSPITE OF NUMEROUS ASSURANCES AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS/EMAILS - EACH TIME THEY PROMISE THE MATTER WILL BE ESCALATED AND RESOLVED SOON BUT THERE HAS BEEEN NO PROGRESS UPTO DATE. IT IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE IN TODAY'S DAY AND AGE THAT A MERE REFUND/CREDIT WOULD BE SO DIFFICULT TO PROCESS. OBVIOUSLY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT IN THEIR DICTIONARY AND BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND WORST SERVICE ANYONE CAN EXPERIENCE. WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!

I had written a negative review on my experience, they replied asking for more details which i provided.. and then silence again!!!

Prices are competitive, and the service is great. There is an actual human being to talk to if you have any concerns. This is not the first time I have booked with them.

Got a flight from Seoul to Tianjin with Oojo as it was much cheaper than booking directly. I was skeptical, but got the booking confirmation with the airline on time and was even able to check in on the airline's website fine. I also reached out to support with a question, and they were very quick. I had a good experience.
